   Smashed avo w-bacon and a Mocha. It looked so pretty I didnt want to eat it! Very impressed with the presentation. It was delicious, I could have licked my plate. Very nice location too.

   JAM in Takapuna is amazing - the food & coffee are great, the staff are friendly and efficient, there’s nice wood-focused decor, very cool vibes, and it’s all just a stone’s throw from one of the best beaches on the North Shore, Takapuna. The Eggs Benedict with mushrooms and sauce is heavenly - the best EggsB I’ve ever tasted in Auckland. :-) I live in Tokyo and coming back to JAM to have this dish is always high on my Do list while I’m in town. Highly recommended!

   We came here for a Sunday brunch and had such a wonderful experience. We ordered the Jam style eggs, protein pancakes, and big breakfast. Couldn’t fault any of them! All the plates came out quickly, the food was warm, the presentation exceptional and can confidently say we didn’t leave a crumb. Would also like to note, I purchased a dirty (spicy) chai with soy milk, which can be very hit or miss. It was honestly delicious. The atmosphere was also lovely, even if you’re sat outside they have heating units and allow dogs. All in all, had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend.

   Never have I been to a cafe where I’ve been approached 4 times to come up and pay for a bill after we’ve just finished a meal and are enjoying table talk with my family. When we eventually go up to pay the manager says “I did you a favour by letting you pay after your meal” My brudda just tell us to pay when we order instead of harassing us as soon as we finish our meal. Then again we are in Takapuna and I am a person of colour so no surprises there. Food was mad tho! Shout out the chefs!

   Great cafe for brunch but is very popular it does get super busy. So expect to wait on a weekend. Were lucky to have a beautiful day on Saturday and sat outside watching a dog show in the adjacent gardens. Great bustling atmosphere, lovely fresh cooked food. Good vegan and vegetarian options.

   Ordered eggs bene with mushroom. Didnt taste good at all. The eggs were undercooked and full of water (as per the photo). Couldnt help but to give a 1 star rating.
