   Staff are nice, chocolate nice, coffee is ok . Food was below average... Silver fern farm frozen patties are nice, but not at that price point ( recognized taste from home dinners).

   Popped in for a coffee and cake. Staff very friendly. Ordered two coffees and shared a brownie, which I was asked if I wanted warm. The atmosphere was good. Very clean. Would highly recommend this place for food and refreshments.

   Yesterday I visited the cafe with a friend. We ordered the Belgian Milk chocolate, which tasted soo good, Very chocolaty and was well presented in a big crystal glass. The look itself was tempting. We were very pleased with the thick creamy shake. Because of this impression I visited the cafe again today evening, only to be disappointed with the worse presentation, service and the shake tasted nothing like yesterday. Ofcourse the staff was different but how can a store deliver two totally different kind of service. And in one of the cups, it was very dirty. And some unknown dirty particles on the sides of the cup. I felt disgusted by this. Very disappointed. The staff did not maintain any standards and the service was terrible. One of them even looked as if he is going to punch every customer with the attitude he served. I wish the store standards were maintained by every staff member rather than one or two. The atmosphere is pleasing, and the staff of yesterday was kind and met to the level of expectation along with the drinks.

   Yes, the decor is really lovely and there's easy entry for wheel chairs etc on groundfloor of the Mall. However I stared at the cabinet and was unimpressed. My friend enjoyed his (wrapped) sandwich and Lamington but my egg and bacon bagel and tiny slice of lemon tart were disappointing. Side salad was ok. I asked for some cream, it was from a can and the hot choc similarly light.

   Just had hot chocolate & coffee very good my husband said it was the best hot chocolate he ever had & he's 70. Will try the food on our next visit as it look delicious

   Beautiful set up of the cafe, lovely coffee cups, the place has a nice feel to it. Had high expectations for our drinks with the type of place it is. Terrible texturing of the milk for a cappuccino and the chocolate for the hot chocolate was separated from the milk and couldn't be stirred in to make a smooth consistency. Lucky taste was ok

   Food and drinks are amazing!! I highly recommend their date scones if you live scones ! I have tried almost all their flavours of tea so good the breakfast is tasty and the hot chocolate tastes like chocolate they don't use the cheap stuff. The staff are super friendly too felt welcome every time.

   Came here late last year to film something for my school work, and the owner was so damn nice! I had emailed him previously and told him what we were planning to do, and he was happy to help. We needed tea for the shoot and so they provided, but they didn't make us pay a single cent for it! This really shows how caring some people can be!

   Such a nice breakfast before a busy day. This cafe is buzzing and the team went out of their way to care for the customers and keep the food and drinks coming. I had eggs on toast with some extra bacon and sausage and it was divine! Loved my coffee too!
