I don't recommend this branch for hairstyling, both myself and my friend were disappointed with our experience. I wanted an up do and the stylist said she doesn't know how to do that and doesn't have enough time for it (it was just a french twist), and provided me with a half up do instead but charged me $80, my friend just wanted some elegant curls but the stylist she had rushed through it and didn't do it properly, leaving my friend disappointed. Had a good experience here a few years ago but it seems staff have changed and we wouldn't be returning to this branch of Dry & Tea again.

Had my hair done before my hens party & the team were so lovely & my stylist did a wonderful job. My hair is naturally very curly and unruly. They tamed it and listened to my concerns about the curls not holding so used different products to increase the hold.

Had come in for a haircut and full head toner done by Jacques. He was really friendly and his service was great! My hair definitely feels refreshed as I have long thick hair that’s been dyed quite a bit. Will be back in the future for sure.

I was excited to come to get my hair styled for my school ball and I was very clear about what I wanted done with my hair and brought pictures along. It was a lovely experience until the end when the stylist showed me the finished product and I wasn't happy with it. I asked her if she could do something different and she told me it was the style and the best she could do. I reluctantly paid for it but really sad with the poor quality of service for such a high fee.

Had the most incredible and welcoming experience at Dry and Tea. A gorgeous gal called Maya did a half head foils w/ tone and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I have only ever had my hair coloured once and after Maya’s amazing job, definitely will not be going anywhere else. Such a sweetie and extremely thorough and made sure to communicate with me through every step so I didn’t feel lost or stressed. Also Maya was great at recommending hair products to maintain my colour and was very transparent with how long it will last and with the original consultation, making sure to make the best decisions based on my original ideal outcome and making it easy to maintain. Can’t wait to go back for a touch up XX
