   Last week I visited this clinic again and had my steroid injection with CT. The team and the radiologist were great. Especially Jane who looked after me until the end as I stayed there longer than expected. The manager was very kind. My MRI was done professionally three weeks ago. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. . The clinic was nice and clean. It was easy to park too.

   Went here twice for my pregnancy scans and each visit was very good one. After having a bad experience in one of the branches, the manager was really kind, and I must say very professional. She reached out to me and my partner and apologised on behalf of the staff that we encountered. She made sure that it won’t happen again. All the staff here in Milford were professionals as well. They were really accommodating and attentive to our needs. The place is tidy and clean as well. Very good service and will definitely come back for my 3rd scan. :)

   Poor service by the lady who was scanning. We went for our week 20 scan, and we were not provided with any information about the baby like the weight of the baby, heart rate etc. She was so ignorant to our queries and very unresponsive. Not a pleasant experience at all. Also no photographs or reports were sent to us for the scan as promised. Have received the report now from the midwife.

   I am very claustrophobic so was anxious going in for an MRI scan. I shouldn't have worried. Beautiful clinic and staff were great! The scanner was very roomy and they played my favourite music on headphones. So lucky to have had the opportunity to experience my first mri here. Thank you!
