    OWNER! you need to ensure your staff know how to work with modifications. I always add extra patties, and half the time they don’t put it in. Like proper stupid stuff. I used to work at McDonald’s, it is not hard to understand the pluses and minuses in peoples orders. If this happened once or twice I’d be okay, but this happens ALL the time. I know they don’t get paid enough to care, but I’m sick of having to ask again. Thanks

    My McDonald’s experience here this morning was appalling. I couldn’t redeem my code through drive through so I redeemed my code to pick up in store as per new app system for certain items. I asked the person serving me if I could add a piece of chicken to my McMuffin and I’d be happy to pay for it at the till and pick it up there as well. She tells me that I can only pick up my order via drive through because that’s what I selected so I thought, okay maybe I selected the wrong pick up location. I asked if I could just pick it up, but she told me drive through only. Bizarre considering how she could’ve just handed me my order at the till? Ok I went through drive through with the same request only to be told by another person that my order is non existent before the person initially serving me butts in and tells me that I have to pick up my order at the second window. I asked if I could still add the chicken on and pay for it, she says yes ok and hurries me along so I drive to the second window without paying expecting maybe a free add on at this point for being mucked around with. Once again I asked if my chicken was added on and the initial server tells me that the bag only contains what I ordered on the app and not the chicken. I was pretty annoyed at this point as a simple request - which I’m happy to pay for - was not understood after three times of me asking her to do so. I asked if I can please have that added on and she said ok. I waited on the side for 5 minutes as she asked me to do so but she walks back out saying that I have to pay for it. Well of course??? It was pretty infuriating by now as I had wasted 25 minutes of my morning during peak hour for breakfast so I asked if I could just have my order and go. I’m not sure why such a simple request was so difficult to follow through with. I’m happy to pay yet I got mucked around with so much. From being told to use drive through only to pick up my order to the end where she tells me I have to pay for the extra add on - which could’ve been completed on till upon initial encounter. Please listen to your customers for simple requests.

    Food is good but the older Maori or Islander woman at the drive through on Tuesday Mornings was very cranky and looked annoyed to take my order, kinda put me off with a weird look on her face. I get it that's it's a morning shift but still come on. I've seen other reviews about her and it's mainly towards brown people so may be racially motivated a bit but I may be reaching, but still a bit of retraining wouldn't hurt.

    I had a very disappointing experience today. When I went to collect my order, one of the female staff members was extremely rude and disrespectful. I have never experienced service like this before. Unfortunately, I could not get her name this time, but if this behaviour happens again, I will make sure to note it and report it to the head office. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as customers deserve respectful service. Thank you.

    The barista, Kit is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. He treated me with kindness and has made the best coffees I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s branch. Props to him!! Amazing worker

    We pulled up to the speaker and a man answered and says to place our order, mind you there was nobody else in the drive thru other than my partner and I. I placed my order ($40 share box) the man SIGHED and said “okay well how will you pay because our eftpos machine is down” he definitely just didnt want to make our order otherwise he would’ve started off with telling us the machine was down. That maccas is creepy anyways, never going there again.

    Yikes. I went through the drive through and… perhaps it was a bad day… but I was waiting 17 minutes. Just sitting at the front of the queue by the window. No one said anything to me. Occasionally someone talked about me (the window was open so I could hear them). Eventually I got handed my bag with a mumbled “sorry about the wait”. Overall, pretty average. I’m sure something went wrong, but they could have at least communicated.

    Waited for 30 mins all up in drive thru. Ordered a BLT with no tomato and recieced a BLT with no bacon instead. The male staff member who took my money was rude and seemed like he really hated his job. Really unimpressed

    So glad to hear this place is back to 24hr opening. Late night service can be slow at times, but I've always had good experiences with the food and service at drive-through. Dine-in, the place is usually clean, but the atmosphere is really brought down by the blaring alarms from the kitchen which can be heard throughout the restaurant. I get the need for these alarms, but why have them so loud that customers can hear them?

    When you wait 25mins for your food then get home only to have one patty in your cheese burger, nothing in the other and no onions or pickles. What has happened to this place, who misses a patty. Definitely won't be back
