I was super stoked to make my first online purchase from these guys. Asked to get refund when I complained that my packages was taking too long to deliver, and I never heard back from them nor did I get my money back.

I was super excited to go this store on my trip to New Zealand from the states. However, I showed up to the store only to find out their hours are very limited and incorrect online. They had a “back in 5 minutes” sign that was misleading as well. My friends and I wasted an Uber, and waited outside for 15 minutes until we learned they weren’t even open today. I would not recommend making a special trip to this store.
I have just purchased a deck from DEF (Beginner Complete BUILD UP)... The knowledgeable staff (all real skaters) were all really nice and helpful, and they treated me well even though an older grommet... They went out of their way to work out the right deal and even ordered in the hardware for me... Also if looking for a cheaper gift their $10 posters are super cool... Real skate store, primo staff, quality products, fair prices, dope clothing also... Very happy... Recommend highly... Thanks DEF!!!
I rang them up, but they didn't have bushings that I needed. However they were more than happy to point me in the right direction to get me sorted!
