   Very disappointing customer service and item quality. I purchased an expensive pair of "Grech and Co" rainboots for my son and the soles were falling apart within three months of light wear... they leak and my son ends up with cold, wet feet. I always buy good quality footwear and have never had a pair of gumboots fall apart like these ones. I emailed with photos and after three weeks it's been crickets. Not good enough - families are working hard to afford quality children's wear: if something you sell falls short, own that and make the situation right.
