   In many poles estate agents are often listed as the biggest liars and or providers of very very poor service, compared to say an accountant or a banker. Ray White Youngs Rentals are a prime example of liars and very very poor service. This is what I experienced over the period of about 3 moths. Zafrina Khan must be your worst nightmare as a property manager. People provide a service and a point of contact for that service, Zafrina Khan was almost non-existent (I am sure I would have got a better service if an ape was the property manager of the property I was interested in and subsequently and painfully rented in ultra slow motion and a crescendo of lies). On asking for advice during the cyclone, the main character at Ray White Youngs Rentals, Warren, could only tell me "get out of the house" in the event of the cyclone affecting the house in any way, minor or major. There was nothing else about what are the options, what the owner must and should do, what the owners insurance will provide, what support is there from Youngs or the Gov, etc. Just a blatant "the cyclone is not my problem." The next main character, Christine, was more concerned about her shoes getting wet rather than getting the correct keys to us after her office gave us the wrong keys. I wish there was an option to give -10 stars!! Avoid these people for when you have a problem with the property or the owner not doing maintenance or the owner in breach of contract.....good luck, it really is your problem and your problem alone. I do not normally do reviews unless things are dangerously bad.

   Christine and the team at Ray White Youngs Rentals are excellent! They looked after our Onehunga property as we had recently moved to the South Island. There process are very thorough, and we were very happy with the rental yield we got and the excellent tenants Christine put into our house. Due to some unforeseen circumstances we had to sell the property, Christine helped us through quite a complex process of liaising with the tenants to ensure a happy outcome for all.
