   I visited ElegantCreations Hair & Beauty Salon for a haircut and highlights, they did a amazing job and I’m extremely pleased with the outcome. The colour turned out beautifully, and the stylists were skilled, professional, and attentive. They even gave me a complimentary hair styling after the colour, which was such a lovely touch. I also appreciated the clear after-care instructions and product recommendations. Overall, excellent service and a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this salon!

   I am very fussy about my haircuts. I went along after a friend recommended Raman. I highly recommend him. The cut he did is fabulous, many friends have commented on it. I also had my eyebrows and lashes tinted, as they had a special on. I am very pleased with the service and quality.

   Terrible product used on my hair , they ruined my hair after permanent straightening, i had hair loss because it was burnt and damaged and now a lot of damaged short hair on my long hair. I have done this several times in other places and never got this result. They waste my money and time.

   Do not ever come here, they ruined my hair after permanent straightening, i had hair loss because it was burnt and damaged and now im suffering because I have a lot of short hairs growing together my long hair. It was awful experience.

   They keep a particular keratin shampoo and conditioner which I've been trying to get hold of. Had a haircut there few years back and got recommended the product but shop has been closed few times last year but finally managed to get hold of it. Price has gone up a bit but well worth it. The layout of the shop has changed as well. Not sure if they cut ladies hair anymore but I was happy to get my product and get served so quickly.

   Not one to complain or give negative comments but feel people should be aware. Went in for cut and highlights. When I returned home my daughter walked in and asked what I had done as the colour didn’t look any different. I was told my grey would be blended and it was still as obvious as ever, and as for the cut! It wasn’t till I was on way home I realised I hadn’t been shown the back of my hair but after being there for over 4 hrs was tired and ready to leave. I now know why she didn’t show me the back. Not only did I not get the style I asked for, she had done a complete hack job of my hair. I was so upset and disappointed I had to go to another hairdresser the next day to try and get it fixed. Even the new hairdresser could not believe how bad the cut was. Literal chunks had been cut out of my hair and no styling what so ever! Would never recommend and told everyone I know to stay away!
