   Went here twice now and both times I showed a photo of what I wanted and it was a very simple haircut, ended up coming out with almost no hair and not even close to the photo. The ends look so bad. Last time i asked for curtain bangs and showed a pic of what that is, ended up with a full fringe. WORSE salon I've ever been too

   DO NOT RECOMMEND. I gave very easy to follow instructions a few times to make it absolutely clear what I wanted done with my fringe... She completely ruined it. It took months to grow the sides out and style them like that and she cut it all off. I told her so many times to keep the swoop. I'm so unhappy. Do not go here....

   Poor skill to manage the queue, people don't need to make a booking as they just go in to sit down and wait for the next turn. The hairdressers there didn't follow the first come first serve rule. It seems like they've picked adult before kids or simply they just didn't remember which person is the next one, meaning they need to use a different way to manage the queue, eg. Give the customer a number card, like how we go for a blood test. When there was a long queue, the haircut also went bad.

   I just had a fantastic experience. I walked in, after feeling led to just go straight there, and asked for complicated hair highlights. Tina had a great can-do attitude, and sat me down immediately and started. She put in way more effort to the highlighting and colouring than other hair salons I've experienced, checking regularly and adding more. I had complete confidence in her competence. And sure enough, she achieved exactly what I wanted in a humble, friendly manner. Thank you Tina!

   They are located near the entrance of the mall by the carpark. Stopped by early for a cut. They weren't too busy so I was able to get in and out fairly fast. It was very easy to ask for what I wanted and getting it. It cost $30 for a cut.
