   I try my best to go in and have my hair done every 6 weeks as advised by the excellent hair stylist at the Stoneridge Vivo, personally I wouldn’t go anywhere else to have my hair done it is absolutely worth the time, all the staff are lovely, attentive and provide a pleasant atmosphere. Most importantly my hair has never felt so healthy. Highly recommend!!

   I visited Vivo on the 4th of July and spent $189 for a root touch-up. It's now the 28th of July — just three weeks later — and all my roots have turned grey again. I'm really disappointed with the quality of the service, especially considering the high price. I expected the colour to last longer than this. Not happy and won’t be returning.

   Disappointed that I arrived to cut and blow wave today (15th April 3;15pm), despite having confirmed my attendance to my booking to find it was cancelled, there was no call nor no explanation on why it was cancelled etc. The staff were very blasé about it all. They did offer for me to wait an hour, but to be honest, I booked my appointment time for a reason. Despite the average reviews, I wanted to give them a go, but I won't be going back.

   Zoe is amazing at what she does! I’ve had my hair highlighted twice by her and both times I’ve been so happy and impressed with what she’s done! I’ve recommended her to a friend who also highly rated her. My natural hair colour is very dark, she managed to highlight it to a nice blonde/caramel blend without any damage. The haircut is I got is also lovely. I walked out feeling like a new person. Thanks Zoe! I love my hair!

   I was gutted with the outcome of my full head highlights 2 weeks ago. Thought it might soften but it looks terrible. I did ask the stylist to be careful around my wispy baby hairs in the front. But she went at lightening speed (sub 2 hours from arriving at salon to leaving) and clearly rushed it so it came out patchy.. Also it's petty but there was no head massage whatsoever during the hairwash, and I've never experienced this in any salon ever.

   When I saw my wet hair after the full head highlights, I told the hair dresses I don't like that I have more than one colour in my hair. She said it would blend when it gets dry. But it didn't. One start for a refund. Update: colour correction somewhere else $480, well done Vivo and thank you so much!
