   This is my favourite Mc，however today Christamas day when popped into with my tiny fordable bike，the lady spoke very loudly and without patience asked us take bike out，however we come to this Mac almost one year no one told us before，and plus the tones and the attitude very rude. Its Christmas day if you dont want to work stay at home，please.

   Whoever was the supervisor or manager managing the staff at night today was terrible. She kept yelling at the staff to work faster even though they were already working fast. She even said "if you dont work fast, I'm not paying you". Hope the workers will report this abuse.

   I ordered through the drive-thru and asked for a small combo, but the staff member told me they don’t do small combos. This confused me because I have always ordered a small combo from this McDonald’s before. When I spoke to the manager, they confirmed that small combos are available and apologised for the confusion. I appreciate the manager’s response, but better communication and training would help avoid this situation in the future.

   Do not buy food from this McDonald’s. They will rip you off. Half filled large sundaes and big air pockets plus bad customer service and no satisfactory resolution or goodwill. The managers all need to be retrained.

   I ordered two burgers, but I don’t know why only one of them came with a bun while the other didn’t. I can provide a photo. I don’t understand why this happened—if you were out of buns, you should have informed me in advance instead of saying nothing. This was really disappointing.

   If you like to pay to be disappointed, look no further. Went here with a work mate to do a drive thru run. When it was finally our turn to order the lady taking the orders was quite rude and almost rushed us to order. What became of that was an order that wasn’t even 50% correct. Forgotten sauces, coke that tasted like sparkling water, wrong burger. I hate to be that guy to pick on maccas workers but damn there is not much care put into their work and it shows

   Really scummy business practices. Ordered $12.40 worth of food but then was charged $24.40 for it. I only realised after I got home so I had to drive all the way back. Then the manager starts glaring at me and acts as if I am trying to scam her and then after a whole interrogation later I get a refund slip for $12 of which the manager only gives me $11 for. I guess they are trying to save money whenever they can. Never going back

   Im a regular McDonald's eater, however this was my first (and will be my last time) at this particular McDonald's.... Fries had no salt at all and were soggy and cold, as I see other people have reviewed as well. Over 10 minute wait in drive through after ordering, despite it not being busy at all... To top it off, both our kids have spent today throwing up and lethargic after their happy meals (the only thing they have eaten different to what we all have been eating the last 24 hours).. so all in all, not a good experience and would not recommend this McDonald's.

   Absolutely the worst mcdonalds iv been too. Poor in all areas. Fries contaminated with meat particles and no salt. 25 minute wait. Truck parked loading for almost 1 hour.

   You have to laugh. I zip into Maccas before a big supermarket shop so I don't go bonkers buying all the chocolates. Now this is the place I had earlier bought a LARGER DOUBLE DOUBLE BIG MAC promo and it came with NO SPECIAL SAUCE and no one cared. So I knew they're already a lower standard Maccas. So I order a large frozen mango Fanta icecream thingy and instead got that large cup but with a smaller serve frozen coke. 2 cheese burgers extra pickles... but they were stone cold. Haha its so bad. I hate creating a fuss but I did ask and got a shrug and the staff walked away. Look at the photos. There are worse things going on on the planet and its cheap food but it is funny just how wrong it all is. At least the place was clean.
