   I'd give more stars if I could! Everything you read on their website is true, they're the friendliest group of professionals, highly skilled and knowledgeable, and they use very up to date technology for the treatment! Very impressed. Donna and their team have made my journey of getting braces as an adult as smooth and easy as possible. I am very happy with the results and all their work and effort, from managing the braces and being crystal clear about the process to scheduling the appointments and super quick communication and support. Would definitely recommend!!

   Today was such a special day, my daughter finally got her braces off and we are absolutely thrilled with the results! I truly can’t fault anything about Donna Lim Orthodontics. Every visit over the past two years, my daughter and I have felt so welcomed. From the moment we walk through the door, the front desk team greets us with warmth and kindness and every staff member makes sure we’re well taken care of right through to the moment we leave. I really appreciate how Donna and the team explain every step and keep us informed at every appointment, we never feel left in the dark or unsure about what’s happening. Their care, professionalism and genuine friendliness have made this whole journey such a positive experience for us. Highly recommend!

   I found Donna Lim's team amazing and as well as herself. They are very helpful, affable, knowledgeable, and give you the right help you need as soon as possible. They all make you feel welcomed, especially with the front desk staff members, welcoming you with such warm smiles. My daughter absolutely loved everyone here. During her appointments they made efforts to socialise with her, which she really loved. The outcome of her braces was also perfect, my daughter and I are very to happy with the results and I highly recommend this place to get braces or retainers! My daughter now feels confident with her smile and smiles everywhere she goes now ☺️

   I cannot rate Donna & the team highly enough. I needed orthodontic work in tandem with a surgery & Donna did a great job of all of it. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Going in, I thought it would be a longer process than it was. But everything was very smooth & I always felt well taken care of. All the staff there are very knowledgable, helpful & kind. You can tell that they love what the do & that they genuinely care about their patients & are excited to have you there. The new practice is beautiful, the technology that they use is amazing & the location is very conveniently just off the motorway. If you live in Auckland & are in need of an orthodontist, Donna Lim is the best.

   I've been with Donna Lim Orthodontics in Auckland since I was about 9 and Donna and her team did a wonderful job with my orthodontic care, and I'm very grateful for the results! The environment they've created is super comfortable and you always feel like you're in safe hands. Their high level of expertise and the utmost care they treat their clients with does not go unnoticed and pays off tremendously. Even when I was younger, her and her team communicated very clearly throughout the process what it was they were doing and why, and the outcome is better than I could've hoped.    Donna Lim Orthodontics is based in modern new facilities in Mt Roskill, Auckland. 3 of my children have been seen by Donna. Donna & her team made each of them feel comfortable, included them in the discussions around their teeth & possible treatment and made sure both my children & myself were well informed before proceeding with anything. Donna doesn't carry out work unnecessarily - she just kept an eye on my daughter's teeth as she grew before deciding that she didn't actually need any orthodontic work after all. Both my sons have had braces. One has finished his treatment & is absolutely thrilled with the results & the other is halfway through his treatment but we are already seeing some fantastic progress. Donna & her team are friendly & welcoming & my children enjoyed seeing them, but most importantly they get great results! If you are after an orthodontist in Auckland, I'd highly recommend Donna Lim Orthodontics.
