   I had an accident in September which involved chipping my front tooth. I went to see the dentist here for treatment which they were happy to provide through ACC. They didn’t communicate with me that I would need to follow up with ACC for the treatment coverage on the day of consultation. To be honest, I was even happy to pay for it straight out of my pocket. I’ve been without treatment for a whole month. Calling ACC relentlessly, calling the dentist for updates or for advice. To getting a rude slam down over the phone from the dentist herself. Like? No empathy at all? Today 4th November- a whole month after seeing this practice, I walk into a Kelston dentist down the road from me for a consultation. They offer to fix it on the spot (which obviously I did) and they did the ACC paperwork for me. So there you go. Always look at options and never allow people to make you feel small.

   This review is long overdue! Dr Nisha has been looking after me for the last two years since I returned from Overseas. She’s caring, thorough and very professional. I neglected my teeth for so long and she patiently worked on all my issues and got my oral health back on track. I don’t have enough kind things to say about Dr Nisha and Raksha. I actually look forward to going to the Denise these days and it’s because of these two awesome women!

   Both my appointments with Dr Nisha have gone very smoothly. She clearly explained what needs to happen and patiently answered all my questions. She was gental, caring and checked in periodically to make sure I felt no pain during all the procedures. Thank you for making me free comfortable and relaxed at the dentist Dr Nisha and Raksha.

   From making an appointment to following up your recovery, this is most professional clinic that I have been to. Met Raksha and Dr. Nisha on my visit and loved the experience.    Professional, friendly and value for money. Both Dr and assistant made myself and husband feel at ease, my hubby was really anxious but they picked up on it straight away and talked to him throughout the appointment. He no longer has fear about going to the dentist and has rebooked for continues care. Thank you New Lynn Dental

   I made an appointment and attended 10 min early. When I reached there was a sign reading closed and “will be back in 1 hour”. I rang to check and was told there was an emergency and suddenly the branch was closed! Nobody bothered to call me and let me know! I have never heard of anything like this happen before! I borrowed a car so I can get to my appointment. I do not recommend this branch or dentist called “?nisha? Alisha??”. Irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour. Emergencies do occur but have the decency of notifying all involved parties! If you had enough time to leave a note, surely you can let the secretary know and cancel all appointments. Really disappointed. Will not attend again
