   I’ve been coming to Sensational Chicken for the past 8–9 years, and it’s been consistently amazing every single time. I always order the same thing, and it has never skipped a beat — the quality and flavour are always spot on. The service has always been great too. On the one occasion there was a small mix-up with my order, the owner sorted it out straight away and made it right on my next visit. That kind of customer care is why I keep coming back. Highly recommend — reliable food, great service, and a place that truly values its customers.

   There's always like 50 of 'em behind the counter churning out these orders and they always hit the nail on the head. I always stick to a spicy fillet burger with extra mayo. no complains there. Actually if I'm being honest the success rate would be like 9/10. With like 1/10 times u just have to chew it in silence hoping next time it'll be a lot better. And it always is.

   We ordered thru doordash tonight. When I ate the chicken my lips are getting itchy, I thought it was nothing it's just me and after 30mins my partner also get the same symptoms we only ate that 2 thighs and 1 leg that's a little funky. Sorry but I'm not going to order again. Please check the quality of your chicken everytime you serve and prepare it" chicken is a little complicated when you missed handled it". We ordered 10/Nov recieved the order 11:43pm.

   Brilliant staff and great chicken wings - crunchy fresh fried. The kebabs are amazing - exactly what I asked for with succulent chicken and specific fresh salads. We are really picky and annoying with our “no sauce extra hummus half the chicken double salad” - and the “meat box only onion and lettuce with less chips box” - but these guys are so cool and kind and every time I am so excited to get take out. Biggest respect. Massive thanks.

   I only come here for one thing and one thing only: the fried chicken. It is one of the best fried chicken in town at its price point. The fried chicken is so juicy and tender that I often think of this place when I need to scratch my fried chicken itch.

   Very disappointed with the service I received from one of the guy who works there (I believed he's the owner) The only reason I'm giving ONE STAR is just because the food was acceptable. And if there's an option to rate this shop zero star, I would definitely give ZERO STARS for the service. While we sat waiting for our food, he and his big fat attitude walked in and out from the kitchen to the counter while taking other people's orders. There was no respect and no politeness whatsoever when he served the customer. He can't even throw a simple smile. Extremely arrogant. The time our order number was called out, my son stood up and then he just stared at us, he didn't even smile or say thank you. The food was average, chicken was dry, rice was cold and hummus was just ok, The chips were warm enough and the nibbles were edible but had less flavor. One advice, if you want to stay longer in the food business, work on your customer service! Will I be coming back? Definitely not.
