   Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting the Partridge store in Auckland Airport. Sheila left a lasting impression on me by generously dedicating some of her time to teach me about Rolex watches. I was hoping was to purchase the GMT Master 2 as an anniversary gift for my partner, it has been his dream timepiece for quite some time. I could tell that Sheila was very passionate and had great expertise in the world of watches. As a flight attendant, I genuinely appreciate her hospitality. I hope to establish a long-term relationship with the store, thanks again to Sheila's exceptional service!

   Had an extremely disappointing service from the two ladies at the store on the 23rd evening. Went to collect my watch, she took a long time to make adjustments for the links and even scratched the inside. Did not even bother to set the time on the watch when I collected. The other lady also was very displeased when I went back to request for the correct time to be set, handling the watch very roughly. Though I really loved the watch, this experience was definitely a horrifying one for me. Total lack of service.

   We had the greatest visit on our way home! I made sure to visit all Partridge locations in New Zealand this trip, Queenstown, Christchurch, Wellington and all 3 Auckland stores. Annie was the most fun, friendly, honest and professional sales assistant, she not only helped my wife pick out some stunning jewellery, we spent over an hour chatting about watches.    Dreams do come true and patience is a virtue. I have been on a waiting list for 2+ years to get the opportunity to purchase Rolex Submariner Date. Last week I got a call from April at the Queen Street Rolex Boutique with the fantastic news that they had one in store for me. I picked the watch up yesterday and the experience was fabulous.
