   Dont come! 千万别来吃晚饭！the half chicken is super soft and tasteless, $48. the bean was sooooo salty, and the lamb rib isn't ribs it's actually shoulder which is much cheaper than ribs, only 4-5 small half palm big pieces for $35-38? Totally Rip off. Service is bad too, the staff put wrong dishes on our tables TWICE, until we declared, the staff take away and put it on the correct table. It's not busy at all in a Monday night, but even busy this mistake should not happen! I can imagine my dishes might put on others table or others might eat it accidentally. will the dish back to the correct table as it is supposed to? It's a big hygiene and health concern

   Chicken feet hard to chew and smells odd, I mean not fresh feels like. Beef tendon and Shumai taste ok hence the 3 star overall. Service is mediocre and waitress seems impatient. First time there and will be the last as well.

   The front desk clerk with glasses was extremely rude, speaking loudly to customers and being impatient. I encountered this twice. She was also rude to other staff members, being loud and rude, glaring, lecturing them, and constantly nagging. Because of her, I won't be back. It was intimidating and unsettling, even though I loved the food.

   First time here for Yum Cha but definitely not the last. No wait for a table & little wait for our Kai to start coming. I loved that we could quickly scan & order and that the online menu had photos of the dishes & was available in English. We ordered 8 different dishes which cost in excess of eighty dollars. Service was efficient & friendly. Our table was clean & the restaurant was also clean.

   One of the best two Dim Sum restaurants for me in Auckland, the other best one is located in Henderson, Mr.Lobster Private Kitchen. The flavour is awesome very traditional Cantonese, and the food is very fresh. This restaurant is always so packed and long queue during peak time. High recommend if you are a dim sum fan.:)

   Wanted to try after reading about new improved food quality. Sadly conclusion: Dimsum is overrated here. Pro: speed is impressive. Whilst we were told" I'll come back you you" by two different people before a third finally took our order slip, food started appearing almost instantaneously despite a very full restaurant of customers. Service was efficient and friendly. And environmentally friendly transfer l takeaway containers always great to see. Sadly the food really isn't good. Durian puff had barely any durian flavor (elsewhere we'd literally get chunks of durian with it's amazing flavor), chicken feet was likewise low on flavor and less tender than the norm, pineapple bun was the worst we've ever had. Underbaked, the crumble was not crispy or crumbly at all and it felt like the buns had come out of the microwave rather than the oven. Not only was it underbaked soft but even on the slight soggy side. Egg tarts are decent, could still be slightly crisper cased and thinner, but already on the "above average" side for nz. Sadly overall too many "this isn't good" dishes for us to consider a return. Will try another restaurant next time.

   Went for yum cha. Relaxing and modern ambience, clean & tidy and not a chipped piece of crockery to be seen! Good tasty menu selection although a tad on the pricey side but what they do is done well. Tables are spaced well apart during Covid restrictions and dishes are ordered from your table with a check list. One of the better yum cha places in the Howick/Botany area.
