They gave me the worst haircut. I asked for a specific length yet they gave me way shorter than I asked. Despite having a translator it was still pretty hard to communicate with one another. My hair also looks very choppy. I wouldn't recommend this hair salon if you're looking for a good and fresh haircut.
I've been coming here for about 2 years now. Have enjoyed the services and chats. The owners services has always been professional and loved my hair everytime I've walked out of the salon. I even travel from manurewa just to get my hair done.
Jason has been our hairdresser for whole family. Had a random haircut from him when I was strolling down in CBD, since then I have not had a haircut from elsewhere. He then moved to browns bay and now in Rosedale. Since I don’t know his language we use the translator app to communicate if I need anything different. Otherwise he knows what to do on my hair and I’m comfortable for him to try different styles on my hair. My wife walks out super happy after a haircut or hair colouring. So does my son. Recommend Jason and his team. Super friendly and accepts last minute booking if they have slots
Poor communication . Told the hairdresser what we wanted -zig zag line for my son’s hair cut before we sit down. But once she finished , she didn’t do the zig zag line and we questioned about it . She said she never done it before . And she could do it but would cost extra .
Misun is amazing, my whole family have come to Misun for years! We 100% trust her as she always does the job perfectly, exactly as we ask and ensures we walk out happy. Her prices are also very reasonable considering the high quality of service and results
