   Clearly asked for layered short hair, got layered at front and straight at back???? went back there to complain and got told there were layers at the back but its fully just straight, if you look up layered hair on google its LAYERED not straight. and about the v shape, i just wanted layered hair not really a v shape. this was not worth paying 105 for

   Experienced, lovely and just all round amazing team. They listen to what you want and will help you also decide on alterations if your hair is not suitable. I had a wonderful experience. I have horrible thinand fine hair. Lots of hairstyles I like do not suitmyhair type becUse of this. My amazing hairdresser took the design i liked and altered it to suit me. We then went for a colourful experience which i absolutely love. I'm definitely going back for touch up. Thank you so much Vivo Mairangi bay team

   2nd time here and I left happy with my hair, again! Super satisfied with my hair transformation and I will definitely come back again. I messaged one of the stylists on instagram and she booked me in through there. No hassle and Super convenient booking. I used my grab one voucher and only paid and extra $55 to get my hair dyed. I made sure to get a quote first and I was expecting to pay a lot more.
