   PINEAPPLE BUN & RED RICE ROLL & HAR GOW - Recommended dishes here. There are some heavy hitters in terms of dimsum here and they look handmade with the generous size and flavours they deliver. However, the Sunmade secret recipe bbq pork was a huge let down. Costing $22 and as there were photos of this dish, decided to try it. Unfortunately the presentation was poor. It looked they they had microwaved the pork on the dish and you could see the splatter of the sauce + oil all over the dish. However the rest of the dishes were so good I would happily go back again. It may depend on what dish you order. Overall clean open and big dining area. Staff were friendly and efficient.

   Trendy spot with decent service. Black char siu? Juicy win. Sweet & sour pork? Fat party. Scallion-ginger lobster? Totally my jam. Oysters—fun-size but fresh. Fried rice came with that wok hei swagger. Quail? Hard pass.

   We tried their dinner, and overall, the food was quite average. The Peking duck wasn't particularly impressive—the meat wasn't tender enough, and the skin could have been crispier and thinner. However, salt and pepper duck bones were pretty good, full of flavours. The tofu dish was decent as well. The chicken and pork stomach soup with Chinese yam had a nice touch, though the pork stomach wasn't cleaned thoroughly. In general, the prices are on the higher side, but the taste of the dishes didn’t quite justify the cost. Perhaps the main advantage lies in the pleasant dining environment.

   The entire two story building belongs to this restaurant, and there were plenty of on-site parking. I highly suggest you go as soon as it opens because when I came out at noon there were queues lined up outside the building. The food came out almost instantly and it all tasted delicious and the overall vibe of the restaurant was very clean.

   A wonderfully friendly restaurant with amazing yam char menu. We arrived early as we heard the place can fill up quickly and it did. Service was great. The food came out warm and fresh.

   Best place in the Shore for yum cha at the moment. Siew mai and har gow are big with no fatty bits unlike some other restaurants. Very nice fancy environment, fast service once seated but you do have to wait a bit to get a table during busy lunch periods. Take a number, select your dishes while waiting and once seated, hand your filled out orders and viola, your dishes is served not long after. Food quality is good for NZ standards. We spent $120 for 10 dim sum dishes for 4 pax. Wait staff and senior bosses are very attentive to queries when approached. Only thing would make things better if their servings are in lots of 4 instead of 3 servings for some dishes. Tea is expensive in that every hot water top up is counted too ($2/top up)

   Flash new facilities and space. Owner was very accommodating. Though when it's busy, you could be unattended for a while or have to wait a long time for a table. Food quality was not bad, could be slightly higher in price on average.

   As a Cantonese person and lover of yum cha, the family and I think this is the best yum cha place in Auckland! A little but fancy but the dumplings and rice rolls are so good. They do great dinner too. The plum sauce ribs are divine - try them if you like sweet and sour pork.

   Fancy Building. High Ceiling nice interior. Food was fresh. Food came within 10 minutes. Service is insanely attentive. When we call waiter for tea refill or extra utensils we only have to wait for one or two minutes or less.
