    So disappointed as I have really liked this salon in the past. Had cut and colour. The cut was just a trim with the scissors touching my hair for 30 seconds (was charged $120) for this. I tried to show a photo for blow out as I wanted a relaxed undone style but they weren't interested in looking and did horrible overdone princess curls. They were going to smudge my roots but forgot to do that. Only checked if I was happy when I got to the counter to pay and they did offer to put tongs through my hair which would have made it more overdone. I booked this appointment at 12 noon and I was promised that I would be out of there at 3pm. I was still there at 3.30pm so I felt I just had to pay and run.

    Honestly, there's not point going to any other hairdresser in Auckland. The hairdressers are all so friendly, but most importantly, super skilled. The atmosphere is fresh and modern. You'll be offered the most up to date magazines, including some for the more 'eclectic' taste. I've been to many hairdressers, but my hair is a bit of a challenge. But Joseph took it on and it always looks amazeballs. Would recommend to everyone x
