    Was recommended this barber by a family member and told to put all my trust in Jay. Couldn’t be anymore happy. Very cool barber shop and interior. Jay was very welcoming and we got along great with great conversation. He gave his advice about my individual situation, and I let him style my hair how he thought would look good on me, and it’s my best haircut ever. Definitely coming back again for my next cut. 5/5

    Quite disappointed on the customer service side. The cut took 20 minutes including a quick wash and I was overcharged (I found out after I left that the price for wash and cut is $55, as stated on the website, but I was charged $60). Cut was ok but it feels like a rip off and quite a dishonest treatment for a new customer. Note - I asked the barber for his advice and haven't asked for anything 'unusual' that could have justified the price difference. There are plenty of other places in Auckland where you can get the same quality at that price or less.

    I've been going to Room 104 for several years now and have been always having a great experience and haircut. Recently, I moved and investigated a couple of barber shops in my new neighborhood but was very disappointed with the outcome. Even though more cost effective these haircuts were nowhere near the standard I was used to from Room 104. So I went back again. The service is great and very personable. Every time I'm welcomed like an old friend and always feel relaxed and comfortable. I can only but recommend Room 104 to every discerning man.

I got my hair cut from Steve who was really professional and paid excellent attention to detail.
