   Got food thru online order picked up asked if it was all there. Yeah everything except the 2 burgers the entire meal was based around! Call them up n you have to go back to get em or come in n say your name in next 2 days. No voucher if I couldn't go in. No compensation for the fact that now my entire meal is cold after picking up the burgers. Oh and pick up time was 6.45 wasn't ready till after 7. Just don't bother.

   Busy time circa 8pm for both dinning in and drive through orders. Food presentation terrible, eg burger was without any lettuce, chicken pieces small. Service was ok given how busy the store was at the time and she was doing her best. Given minimum staff on the night, the tables weren't cleaned after previous guests left.

   Absolutely disgusted in our delivery today at 5.16pm. told the driver we were missing the salad. We saw it in his car. He denied it at first then later called us to tell us he found it by his hand brake. He dropped it off. Half our $8 salad was gone!!! We were so grossed out by it, we threw the salad straight into the bin. Nasty. We couldn't help but think he was eating our food. Shame on you guys.

   wanted to provide feedback about my recent visit to KFC Pt Chev. Unfortunately, I felt that the service from the team members could be improved. His name is Sasanka Dillini It seemed like they were struggling to attend to customers' needs efficiently. I hope you can provide additional training to enhance their customer service skills." Plus they give me 8 piece chicken and asked for 10 pieces and lot of seasoning on the chips .Disappointing experience at KFC Pt Chev. The staff seemed completely clueless and uninterested in serving customers. Long wait times and poor service. Definitely won't be back."

   Terrible experience tonight drive through all round. The lady at the drive through was rushing us through our order. So much so, when we got to the window, she had split our order of two meals into two separate orders. When she gave us the bag of food, she shoved it so much the bag ripped and I had to cradle it to get it into the car without the food falling out. When we got home, the drinks (sprite) were flat and not cold, the zinger burger box wasn’t even in a box and the burger was almost coming out of the packaging. Half the meat was missing off my drumstick, and the meat remaining had no coating. The chips were soggy, but I’ll get them a star as they did put extra seasoning on. Our chicken, bun and burger was all luke warm so we had to put it in the microwave to heat it up. The only thing that was good was the potato and gravy. All in all, extremely disappointing and overpriced meal and will not be returning.

   The food was absolutely immaculate, possibly one of the best kfcs I’ve been to…. BUT i am pretty sure I saw two of the workers in the car park kissing, I would not usually meddle in these matters, but the age disparity between the two was worrying and had me a bit concerned for the young ladies safety. It’s 2023 I guess anything can pass nowadays, overall loved my experience.

   Seems they ran out of chips and instead of opting to tell me when I ordered they just stuffed a bread roll in a chip container so I didn't notice until I got home. Annoying as I am gluten intolerant and would not have paid for that.

   This is close to where I drive passed regularly. My order was mixed up, the chicken was dry. It was overpriced for what I got. I will not be back here. The menu at the drive in only highlighted a few items as I am not a regular customer I do not know the menu that well. Suggest less photos and more names of items.

   This has honestly got to be the worst tasting KFC I have ever had. I have been through many KFC IN Auckland and around the world and this place here is the worst. it's like they forgot to use any flavouring in the Gravy, the seasoning on the chicken was lacking and didn't taste right at all, the chips were cold and soggy, the zinger burger had zero zing and looked like it was slapped together from someone who didnt like their job/life. the drink tasted like it had run out of the flavour syrup. the lady on the drive thru I couldn't understand a word she was saying. would not recommend this KFC at all

   One of the employees named Luc gave me absolutely amazing service. I had never been served so well in my entire life in the fast food industry. He was polite and new exactly what I meant when I was asking questions about the menu. 10/10 service.
