   Worse service ever we ordered cheese burger and one of them had no gherkins drove back the drive through again and told them they asked for the burger back and told us to park around the corner where she ran out with the same burger and one gherkin so disgusted with how the burgers were presented and wrapped doesn’t deserve any star

   I’d like to share my experience after several visits, not as a complaint but in the hope that it helps improve service. From my experience, the drive-through burgers are often served cold, even when there isn’t a long line or crowd. Because of this, I usually avoid the drive-through and order inside, where the food quality is mostly good. However, during my recent takeaway order, one of the items was incorrect. I ordered a Bacon Crispy Chicken, but instead received a regular Crispy Chicken. Again, the store wasn’t busy at the time, so I was surprised by the mix-up. I really appreciate McDonald’s overall, and I hope these points can help improve consistency in both food temperature and order accuracy.

   The food was extremely disappointing as it was cold, soggy, and dry. The drive-through kiosk area was also in a filthy state, showing a clear need for improvement. Initially, I wasn’t planning to leave a review on Google but after receiving a follow-up call and some vouchers as compensation, I decided to share my experience. The call itself was pleasant and the representative was apologetic, which I appreciated. However, the vouchers can only be used at specific locations. With a McDonald’s just two minutes from me, it does not make sense to travel elsewhere just to redeem them.

   Car park availability are a bit of hit-and-miss at the front and side area. Parking spaces behind the drive-thru are now for staff only. Speed have improved a lot hence waiting time has reduced. However, I do like how they fry the mozzarella patty as it's still quite thick and I can still taste the mozzarella rather than just the taste of deep fried batter. Their morning coffee are often really hot and can scald your tongue. Staff members are friendly, patience, courteous and awesome.

   Visited a few times, the place is always disgusting and needs a thorough clean. Food waste all over tables and on the floor, tables, greasy seats and waste bins all need a good scrub. Fruit flys have been present in the seating corner for all visits which is a sign of an unhygienic eating area. I will not be eating there again, even the chips were cold!

   Ordered a burger without the egg... Got the egg... Had to throw it away.. Ordered a regular flat white. Got an oat milk flat white. Which I didn't want it like so threw it away. Could take it back as I was on motorway.

   The best McDonald's in Auckland. This is the first time I've eaten a hot and juicy McNuggets. The dine-in areas were tidy and well organized. Although the restroom was close to the public (unless you ask for open).

   1/1/2023 went to pt Chev to order from the self service machines, out of the 4 machines initially 2 were operational, just before finishing ordering machine froze, went to use the only working one left and completed order only to find out of printer paper, took note of the order number and went to pay at counter but they couldn't find the order, had a 3rd attempt where more successful. Ordered at 19.43. Half the order done 20 mins later but number wasn't called out so half the order went cold, had to wait another 32 mins for most of order to be done, still had to ask for missing items. There were approximately eight people before me and others had long waiting for their orders, there were around 8 staff on but way behind and disorganized. Total waiting 52 mins waiting. Mc ds happy to take your money but failing big time with having staff that know what they are doing. This is the worst customer service I've encountered. Mon 27 march 2023 6.40 pm went to mcds pt chev and ordered quarter pounder with large fries and large hot chocolate burger and hot chocolate was fine but large fries more like medium as half empty, also bought cheesy chicken and cheese burger which was missing pickles Fries were undercooked and soggy Restaurant wasn't busy and order came quickly but occasionally meals have issues attached so no consistentcy. 6/5/23 used self service machine and specifically customized for zero ice in drinks but should have checked before leaving, even though I shouldn't have to got home and what do you know all drinks had ice in, what's the effin point of having the option of no ice when staff don't look at the order. Come on be more observant pt chev, we are running out of decent places to get food from.
