The kumara fries are a must-order—crispy, sweet, and even better with their signature aioli. One of the perks of the Pt Chev store is its great location near the beach, making it perfect to grab a burger and enjoy it by the water.    A Heart-Pounding Experience and a Heartwarming Act of Kindness Today, something happened that I will never forget at my favorite burger shop — a place I truly believe makes the best burgers in New Zealand, and maybe even the best in the world! I often bring my son here to enjoy their amazing burgers, and today was just another happy visit… or so I thought. After we got home with our burgers, I suddenly realized my phone was gone. My heart dropped. I had no backup of it, and inside the phone case were my contact list, my airport access card, and my bank card. Losing it would have caused me enormous trouble. In a panic, I called the shop immediately and rushed back as fast as I could. When I arrived, three wonderful young staff members greeted me — holding my phone! They had found it and kept it safe, waiting for me to return. In that moment, I felt an overwhelming mix of relief and gratitude. Their honesty, kindness, and quick action turned what could have been a disaster into a heartwarming reminder of how amazing people can be. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to these incredible staff members. You are not only the reason this shop is my favorite burger place in New Zealand, but also why I believe it’s one of the most trustworthy and caring businesses anywhere.    We phone ordered. When we got there it didn't take long to get our order. Food from this branch is always good. Staff are lovely and it was busy for a week night. We got a kids meal and the chooka royale. I would recommend this branch for a burger.

   This is one amazing food place I loved the guy who served me witch is my brother he is a great employee always looking out for people and giving recommendations. I was very impressed on how clean the bathroom is I must say it is very fancy. Last time my brother had a blowout in the bathroom it did not smell at. I tried the tater tots they were a flavour explosion. Bible this the the best burger place in the world and I have been to America.

   On the first day, I arrived in New Zealand, I decided to go to the most delicious restaurant in New Zealand. Looking carefully at Google Maps, I found a hamburger store with an incredible rating of 4.9. Three months later, I was finally able to enter the hamburger store today. I was able to come after a long time because I became a student recently and added laziness. As soon as I opened the store's door and entered, the cheerful music and lively atmosphere of the store were enough to turn the three-month wait into anticipation and excitement immediately. When I entered the store, I was bewildered by the atmosphere for a while, but the tension melted unknowingly due to the warm welcome of the staff who handed over the menu with a kind smile. After much consideration with my friends, I chose a hamburger and ordered it. Our wait didn't last long and hamburgers soon came out, as evidenced by the lively movement of the staff that took advantage of the open kitchen. We were all ready to eat New Zealand's best burgers with cheers, and we first appetized with fries and sweet potato fries so that our mouths wouldn't be surprised before eating them. As soon as I finally took a bite of the hamburger, time flew by as if I were an astronaut on a black hole exploration, and I was so drunk with the amazing taste of the hamburger that I ate it in a hurry. After finishing the hamburger, I regretted my carelessness, but I was so absorbed in the taste that I couldn't control the speed of eating and faced an empty plate that didn't fully enjoy the full taste of the hamburger. However, there were still French fries and deep-fried sweet potatoes left, so I was able to hold back my tears and taste the delicious deep-fried sweet potatoes that can only be tasted here and wrap up the first tasting event grandly.
