   Had a great haircutting experience with hairdresser Jassi. I have VERY curly hair and he was great. Took the time to individually curl my hair, always checked that I was satisfied, did not oversell product, understanding that as a person with curly hair I prob have a lot of product and if I really liked the product I'll come back for it. Overall a really nice guy. Thank you Jassi, it's not very often I come out salon that satisfied, I paid a bit extra but it was worth it. 5☆ experience for me.

   Disappointed by the lack of transparency in their pricing although the stylists especially Jessie is absolutely amazing at his job. Every other just cuts is so transparent about their costs however these guys are bloody terrible in that. You think a haircut will cost you $45 nope suddenly it’s $65 for just adding a few layers … absolutely unbelievable. I absolutely love the stylist however due to the lack of proper management and shitty hiding nature will not return ever again. Just lost 3 REGULAR clients within a blink.

   Went in today for a cut and I was a bit shy because I'm insecure about my hair issues but Jesse made me feel comfortable. My new haircut is great and the products he used smelt amazing so of course I needed to buy some. We chatted, he gave me hair advice and it was just an overall great experience.

   I went in this morning for a hair wash and blow wave! Absolutely amazing! I forgot who had me this morning but she was a Maori lady, she was absolutely wonderful! Head massages were so good and she gave me such good hair tips! Will definitely be coming back again for the chats and the hair wash and blow wave !

   Got my hair cut by Abby. Loved the fringe and how it sits but when putting my hair back it is so crooked. Asked for layers and it is so choppy really hate my hair cut. Friendly staff though & good customer service but definitely won’t get my hair cut here again. Same experience for my sister. Very crooked.
