   Very poor customer service. I was charged a 15% surcharge without being told beforehand. We then waited around 20 minutes only to be given the wrong order. When I pointed this out, the staff member refused to accept that the order was incorrect and was quite rude. I was not refunded at the time, and when I returned to the store later, they refused to refund the surcharge, even though the service and order were clearly unsatisfactory. Disappointing experience overall. Lack of transparency, long wait time, and poor attitude from staff. I won’t be returning.

   Excellent food, the fish is fresh, accompanied by a large salad drizzled with a sweet and sour dressing with a lil kick, love it! Been to a few different coffee clubs, I must say this one is by far the best. Kudos to them for working on Christmas day! Thank you for your hard work!

   Update - Issue was resolved by the manager, thank you again for taking this issue seriously Food was wonderful! But that was ruined by a staff member accusing myself and our table of smelling of cat piss and we left very quickly after that. Called up to complain and was told she meant it 'in the nicest way'. How is that nice? We went home smelling all our clothes and there was no smell. Ruined our experience and birthday we were there to celebrate.

   Wasn’t bad for the price got the Big breakfast but I asked for poached eggs but forgot to ask for runny as I always do normally & the yolk was solid so that was a negative for me however coffee was good. Value for money & overall 5 out of 10 & 3 Star just!

   The food is really good. I’ve loved everyone dish I’ve ordered here so far. The waiting time is usually 15-20 minutes so not too bad. There are quite a few bugs flying around inside however.

   Was so looking forward to bacon and whatever. None of the meals had crispy, streaky bacon, it was thick slices of warmed up ham. Really disappointed guests all round! Don't go here if you want good bacon!!

   Disappointing quick meal at this place. Hots drink were lukewarm, bread on food was stale, food was unseasoned and without condiments and not prepped well before plating. Food was also not right in regards to temperature. Not the best, especially for the price.
