I will never return to this place!! I had a very disappointing and insulting experience here today. I asked the hairdresser to tidy up the baby hairs around my child’s forehead. Instead of simply respecting my request, she lectured me that cutting them would only make them thicker. When I insisted, she reluctantly did it while grumbling the whole time. What shocked me most was that as I was leaving, she turned to her colleague and pulled a very unpleasant face, smirking at me as if I were ignorant. I witnessed this clearly in the mirror as she spoke to her colleague, which made it even more humiliating. That kind of unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour is completely unacceptable. I left feeling humiliated, and I will never return to this place.

Went and got a haircut the other day and the result was an atrocious attack by scissors on my hair. This has left me feeling ashamed to go out in public and has my partner calling me an acorn by how bad it is. It’s like she was blind and had Parkinson’s as well, if I wanted my hair to look like it’s been attacked by a hedge trimmer then I would have paid $40 for a gardener and they still would have done a better job. Do better.

My husband went in for a haircut this morning, and unfortunately, the result was awful, uneven, messy, and honestly looked like no proper cut had been done at all. We went back to get it fixed, and instead of offering to correct it as a courtesy, they charged us again, this time even more. The first time the charge was $27 and the second $39. When I asked about it, the woman simply said, “You need to go back to the same person who cut it.” How are we supposed to know that, especially when no one even asked who did the haircut? (Maybe because it was so bad you couldn’t even tell it was freshly cut.) Overall, terrible customer service, no accountability, and we’re extremely frustrated. Charging extra to fix their own mistake is unacceptable. Definitely would not recommend.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt really uncomfortable during my visit here. From the moment I walked in, the energy was off — not a smile, not a greeting, just arrogant looks. I showed the hairdresser a picture of the style I wanted, and she reacted with such visible disapproval, like I was asking for something ridiculous. No advice, no conversation — just attitude. Partway through the cut, I asked my husband if the length looked okay, and before he could even answer, she cut me off and snapped, “If you change your mind, it’ll cost extra.” It wasn’t what she said — it was how she said it. Completely uncalled for and rude. I get that extra work means extra cost, but there’s a respectful way to say that. I felt rushed, judged, and completely unwelcome. The other staff didn’t seem any better — no one looked happy to be there. Definitely won’t be returning. A little kindness and professionalism goes a long way, and unfortunately, this place had neither.

My wife recently got a haircut from this hairdresser, and we were both extremely disappointed with the service. Right from the start, the hairdresser was rude and arrogant. My wife showed her a reference photo, and instead of being professional or helpful, she made a face and clearly showed her disapproval. During the haircut, my wife asked me whether the length was okay or if she should go shorter. The hairdresser immediately snapped and said she would charge extra if my wife changed her mind — not in a polite or informative way, but with a very rude tone. We are well aware that changes might cost more, but there’s a respectful way to communicate that, which she clearly lacked. The overall vibe of the salon was unwelcoming. None of the staff members, including the others working there, seemed friendly — not a single smile or acknowledgment. We will definitely not be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Customer service and basic manners go a long way — unfortunately, this salon has neither.

Went for my hair cut a week ago terribly handled. The man at the reception cannot speak proper English he was very rude racist with smell of drugs on him. I went with my children bad look very dissatisfied then he kept asking for my details to see him privately felt extremely violated I am making this review as my cousin went for her appointment the same man was constantly flirting with my cousin wanted to do her hair privately. Managed take this review seriously it is legally unethical and discrimination to the company

I went to the sharing shed on Tuesday and the lady was really nice but to hair cut not so much. I when there to get a Wolf cut/layered cut and I have had this cut many times but with a different hair cutting place away when showed her the pictures of what I wanted she said she understood but when she was cutting it it looked a bit short but I let her do her thing and when she was done my hair was so short it looked like a mullet and it looks so bad.

My 7 year old had some terrible dreadlocks type knots. We went in to get some help getting them out and a hair cut. The lady offered to give me some conditioner and a comb before she would look at her hair. Poor service and obviously a lack of confidence in her own hairdressing abilities. Would highly recommend NOT GOING HERE

Absolutely terrible I left in tears today and managed to get a refund. I ask for a cut just above my shoulders and I showed the lady where I want my hair just sitting on my shoulders or just under and I explained it took a very long time to get my hair the length it was. I have left my a very very short blob with my just under my ears and just only just manage to tie it up. Please don’t go here it’s terrible. I find silverdale a much better branch to go to. Very disappointed and upset

Very popular and just a cut. Price very reasonable. Go early as quickly fills up. Sima expert cutter and quick. Extra attention to detail and quick hair dryer and product. There is a 10 clip card so you get one free cut.
