The store was busy when we visited. The haircut was decent, but the lady who cut my hair was not very friendly. The haircut was completed quickly, in approximately just 15 minutes.
Super happy with the haircut we got for my son and myself. Both hairdressers were very lovely and have great skills. Highly recommended.

I personally have never gone to this place before, but I had a pleasant experience, I was a bit hesitant at first to show them references of what hair style I wanted, but they did an amazing job, I was thoroughly impressed. I'm not sure about who the owners changed to and the customer service since it was a few years ago, but the people who cut my hair seemed nice andI honestly did not find anything wrong, but my advice is to bring some sort of reference pictures for what hairstyle you want, since the hair stylists did not understand much english and I had to talk to them in their native language.

This is the worst hair cut experience I have ever had! The lady apparently doesn’t understand English that well. I specifically indicated that I have natural curly hair, please trim my hair shorter and go with the curls. She didn’t ask me do I want a bang or which side does it goes. And she basically just cut it short and thin the end of my hair evenly even my curl goes in and out differently. She spent wanna strengthen my hair and pull all of them towards inside so it would look better, unfortunately that’s not gonna work because I have natural curly hair. She just wanna make the job easier for her not for me. The first three photos were the one I got before. The last few ones are what I had today. When I tide it up, the ponytail doesn’t have any shape at all. It cost me forty dollars today. I paid, because I feel peaty for it.
I permed my hair couple of month ago from here, they seemed to know what they were doing but the result is disastrous.. All I wanted was a natural curls and they gave me a Hagrid's hairdo instead. I can never go outside without tying my hair up, it's embarrassing. They said there are ought to be damages when you perm your hair, but I've permed bleached hair before and it was NOT this dry or crazy I'm not sure they use good products.
Had a good first experience here. The staff are all friendly and were very patient with our little toddler who was certainly resisting the experience of having his hair cut! Despite that, the hairdresser and the lady assisting her were very patient and genuinely focused on giving our little one a good hair cut. Took her time, but did not waste a second more. Thanks, Team!
