If you want to buy a meal that barely has anything in it, I recommend the Albany location — the portions are tiny and the meat they give you is pathetic. It’s the perfect place if you’re trying to lose weight.

Bad experience. Wanted to get a good deal with the whole KFC Hacks deal and ordered my meal and paid through KFC app. The meal arrived late, because the driver kept getting lost with basic directions given. The order was missing my large coleslaw item, although I got charged for it. The wings that were $2 per wing Wednesday special were so greasy that I picked all the coating off to just eat the meat off the bones. I hope they refund my coleslaw order and put a reminder to not order until I see better reviews of them.

The food was nice. I had a katsu bowl and some other food. You can get free drink refills. The staff were friendly. But the place was dirty. People had to clean their own tables and the bin was full.

Such a disappointed experience. We went to KFC to get dinner, asked the staff can we get 3 drumsticks in each box, the staff said yes. Once we got the food, we double checked with the staff, he said yes, drumsticks are inside. We drove away and checked the food. There are not even one drumstick. We went back to ask, the staff refuse to exchange and was very rude. The staff blame on us held up the queue, as we just asking for the food we ordered. Eventually they exchanged, thanks for the car behind us helped us to talk to the staff. We got home, see what we got with $52, scummy chicken pieces, broken oily box, the food is so disgusting, we can't even eat. We went all the way back to the store, wait in the queue again then got the refund eventually. The manager is very nice, apologize and refund The money. However the whole experience is so bad. The staff who taken the order and handed over the food do need more training and just give cx what they order, it's not that hard right? Not going to KFC albany anymore, ruined our whole night.

Took ages to go through drive through, the staff looked like they didn’t want to be there, didn’t ask what drink I wanted, assumed it was what he picked. The chicken looked like it was rushed, not crispy but soggy. KFC obviously doesn’t care about feed back, and I m guessing nothing will change. I will not buy from there again!! Should’ve had minus stars

Awful. Always messes up the order. Tonight for example, ordered a large burger meal and received a regular, and ordered a large Potato and Gravy and there was none in the bag. Suggest further training or some form of engagement incentives would be a good idea. It’s been tragic for a long time

One of the worst KFC’s I have ever experience in Auckland. The staff have no clue how much salt a pack of fries need. I tried one and I throw them in the bin. My order missed 2 item from 5 items that I ordered. Most of the desks were dirty. Can’t imagine how these guy do business here. I will never go there again and I recommend you not to.

I ordered meals online to Pick Up and waited an hour for it. When I got to KFC I gave them my order number. No one said anything about a 15 minute wait until I heard the youngster tell another customer this while I was waiting. I came back in after 15min only for another staff member to tell me that they had no zinger fillets & that they were waiting for the patties. Waiting for it to be delivered or cooked I asked? Cooking it was going to take aother 10-15 minutes. When I eventually got my meals (after 1 hour from order) I told them that this was not a fast food item. The young girl was very friendly and handled it very well. Back in the day an order took 3minutes. What has changed? They need a manager to actually manage the staff. They need to work quicker. I was watching how they prepped the food and honestly speaking, too slow.

Really disappointed! Due to be in a hurry, I chose to buy KFC by driving through. When received, I did not check carefully and drive away. When I checked at home, there is only one quarter pack which I ordered 2 packs. This is not the first time! Last time, I ordered 8 wicked children wings and they missed. Everytime, I would like to call them and complaint but no one answer the phone call! This store is really no care about the customer service and staff is out of training!
