The food at the Wongโs kitchen was very traditional and tasty. The crispy sweet and sour pork as well as the eggplant with pork mince is extremely delicious. The boss at the restaurant is very nice and the overall staff was very welcoming. I highly recommend this place. Will come back often.
The service was so bad and terribly unwelcoming, the lady at the front desk was forced to work there? Lost my appetite just by looking at her unfriendly face.
I've had takeaways from this place twice now and both times it was really good. This time we ordered chicken stir fried noodles and pork and eggplant with rice. Generous portions and reasonably priced too. I will go back. Service was nice and friendly.

Surprisingly good, we haven't been here before and were in the area, getting coffee, and dec8ded to stop for lunch. They had some of our favorite dishes. Our order was cooked quite quickly and tasted very good. At our next visit we were recognised and greeted as we entered, the staff are very friendly and helpful.
I had a very disappointing experience today. I called to place an order for three dishes and was told it would take 30 minutes to prepare. After arriving at the restaurant 40 minutes later, the receptionist informed me that my order had not even been started yet and asked if I would like to cancel. To make matters worse, there was no apology for the delay or inconvenience caused. I was extremely disappointed by the poor customer service and lack of professionalism. I have been a regular customer at this restaurant in the past, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.
Hands-down the best authentic Chinese cuisine in Auckland! The owners are super down to earth, easy-going folks! The food is absolutely delicious, especially if you like spicy dishes! The place is small, but the vibe is great! As soon as you step in, you get this Sichuan street food vibe!
