Chicken pieces had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours, very dry and no flavour. Chips were soggy and flavourless, burger was dry and barely any taste. Drink tasted flat and no ice in the machine
The chicken was very tasteless, the bun was a very tiny one. The service sucked, she had a attitude ti begin with didn't smile at all. The only good thing was the fries & drink. The very first time I had this was beautiful before whoever that lot is that has taken over. Will never buy that again from this place. They are the WORST!
I bought chicken and fries, family meal on the 17th June 2025 from the Westfield Manukau location. I also paid for an extra large fries. I picked up my order and when I reached home, I saw that the extra fries that I bought was missing. By the time I went back to claim, the restaurant was closed. The reason why I didn't open the whole box of chicken to see if the fries is inside or not because there was so many people waiting for there too so I just asked the lady giving me my ordered food that if the extra fries is inside and she said yes so I kept going. We customers trust the workers and rely on their service. It's so upsetting to see this 50% service.
We are regular Texas Buyers & some of the staff are very welcoming. Don’t know them personally but name badge that girl had was Shikha , another Girl Gagandeep at Texas Manukau prepared amazing wraps. We had purchased 2 wraps yesterday but the quality of presentation was so poor half wrap empty inside. Today these girls did amazing job .
I wish I could give zero stars because the customer service here is TERRIBLE! I almost threw my drink the lady serving me. She kept rolling her eyes! I swear EVERY staff at this store looked like they hated their job. Constantly rolling their eyes at the customers or giving rude service. The bad reviews below are true! I also can’t get over how dry and over cooked the chicken is! We ordered a 10 piece and basically got all rib pieces. No thigh, no drum, no wing. The chips tasted like they were reheated and let’s not start on the disgusting potato and gravy! Will never come back here!
Ordered 10 piece family meal and was only given 8 and also zero thighs was inside the box. Even asked prabh who was serving me and said that they will put mixed pieces which never happened and still missing two pieces. Got photos and receipt attached Pathetic service
For the thrid time there were no nacho chips in spicy Mexicana burger...!!!! I am generally ignore it! But come on guys , its everytime !! To far too go back now..
Amazing Texas Chicken Chain located in Westfield Manukau! They have tasty chicken which seems to taste a lot fresher at this specific chain. Staff were friendly ish. Free refills is a plus and the potato and gravy here has much more Flavour than KFC. Overall a great experience on par if not better than KFC. Highly recommend!
