1. EVER OURS ★★★☆☆

   You really need to hire more staff. I’ve been coming here for almost five years, and every time there’s no one at the counter. The staff who are working are always too busy cooking. It doesn’t make sense that the delivery person has to come back from a delivery just to serve customers at the counter. How are customers supposed to know when the delivery person will return? I have to wait every single time.

   Straight up trash had to just say $27 bucks for this lmbo yeah first and last either the light too bright in store or y’all can’t count, wedges pizza more like a cheese pizza and classic pork belly more like cheese with bbq sauce we all struggling buttt daayyyuuummm dazz bad chur

   I orderd at 10:00 pm and online tracking system was showing last delivery time 10:35 pm. Then I was waiting till long time finally I got pizza at 11:45 pm. Very bad service if u guys don't have delivery people don't pick up orders.

   Every few years, I order from Domino's to see if they've improved. They haven't. The fries were stale, old, brown, and cold. Tasted like freezer burn or staleness. They were even hardened. How can you mess up chips? Chips are so basic. It's funny they put them in a little box that says "Delicious" on it. They are not delicious and they should not have cost $4.80 since they were complete rubbish. I gave them to the human garbage disposal of the house and even he said, "Ew." Frozen chips from the supermarket are way better. Domino's has the absolute worst pizzas in NZ. Frozen pizza is better than Domino's pizza. The crusts are soggy and taste like saltine crackers, the pizza is just barely there, it's very skimpy and thin. Even after eating a whole "large" pizza, my child was still hungry. It's like sponge textured pizza and has a sour taste. I don't know how they stay in business tbh. Why are people giving them money? I don't know why it's so bad here. In other countries, Domino's is not this bad. Pizza Hut in Mangere is way better, but like I said, even frozen pizza from Paknsave is better than Domino's pizza. They should be embarrassed imo. I agree with the other reviewer that said they should just close this place down. On top of all that, it took 56 minutes to deliver. I live 3 mins away. Even tho I ordered thru Uber Eats, Domino's doesn't use Uber delivery drivers, they use their own drivers, and the Uber app will tell you that. There's no option to tip because it's Domino's delivery and they take a $4.95 delivery fee automatically, on top of the service fee. You also can't track a Domino's delivery because it's not an Uber driver. Uber drivers are definitely faster and can also be tracked. I highly recommend ordering Pizza Hut thru Uber Eats instead.

   Fast efficient and onto it. Made my order online and met my expectations. Great staff on that night, they were pretty busy, but they kept the customers flowing in and out with their orders.

   Pathetic customer service. Ordered for a vegetarian pizza and they gave me a chicken pizza. I ate a single slice and realized that it's chicken and i went back just to get what I ordered and found a 12 year old kid posing as the store manager and arguing that they need more money as i had a bite of pizza. Not what Domino's ethics are but this store always disappoints. I request dominos to look into this store management and make sure their franchise follow the benchmark set by them.

   Ordered pizzas tonight cannot fault it. Everything was cooked just right. Chicken and bacon aioli pizza well worth it. Asked for extra aioli sauce on my pizza and chicken nibbles. Would definitely go again.
