   I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with Pizza Hut Papatoetoe. I called on Tuesday 16 December at around 6:15pm to place a phone order and was answered by a female staff member who repeatedly interrupted me while I was speaking, responding with “yeah, yeah, yeah” as I tried to explain my order. I specifically asked multiple times whether she understood that I was ordering a Limo pizza as I wasn’t sure she was listening and each time she confirmed that she did. I arrived at 6:30pm and she tried giving me the wrong order and the Limo pizza had not been made at all. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the same staff member raised her voice at me. A manager then stepped in and attempted to claim that I had called the wrong store, which is completely incorrect. I have the call log on my phone clearly showing the Papatoetoe store number. This is not my first time ordering by phone, and being told I was mistaken felt like blatant gaslighting rather than customer service. Rather than apologising and resolving the issue quickly, staff continued to shift blame onto me and argue their point. As a result, I had to place an entirely new order and waited another half hour before finally receiving my food at 7:08pm. This situation could have been resolved easily with a simple apology and immediate remake of the order. Instead, I was met with rudeness, defensiveness, and a complete lack of accountability. The manager was no help in de-escalating the situation or offering a solution, and the staff member involved maintained a poor attitude throughout. If staff are answering phones, they need to listen properly, pay attention, and communicate respectfully with customers. This level of service is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

   Used to be my favorite pizza place But they messed up my order which i repeatedly asked them to do, and refused to fix it when I asked them to, saying "it's inside the oven. Can't do much about it." They admitted that they're wrong but refused to fix it when it's just a few minutes in the oven. Nice. Here's a bad review for you then. I don't get the right service, you don't get the right stars. I won't buy here anymore.

   I want to give a big shoutout to Ms. Param and the amazing team at Pizza Hut Papatoetoe. I usually order takeaway two to three times a week, and every single time the service is outstanding. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and go above and beyond to make sure the orders are perfect. Ms. Param leads the team with such professionalism and kindness, and it truly shows in the great customer service they provide. My pizzas are always fresh, hot, and delicious, and the team never fails to greet me with a smile. Thank you, Pizza Hut Papatoetoe, Ms. Param, and the team for your consistent hard work and excellent service. You all do an amazing job.

   I had a very disappointing experience at Pizza Hut Papatoetoe. The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was speaking directly with the general manager(Shubham Ben) because I was unhappy with my order, and while I was still explaining the issue, he suddenly answered the phone and completely ignored me — as if I wasn’t even there. I expected at least a basic level of respect and professionalism, especially from a general manager. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and makes customers feel disrespected and unvalued. I hope Pizza Hut addresses this issue and ensures that their managers handle customer concerns more respectfully in the future.

   I usually order online. One time the driver forgot 1 of my things, but it was near closing time so couldn't do anything. Obviously I had a little fit in my head. But I was more impressed that he stuck to his word and delivered the missing item the next day LOL

   If I could rate 0 stars I would. This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to in New Zealand. Two times I was let down and decided to never go back. First time I ordered my food. Worker said 15 minutes. I checked in 15 minutes order still wasn’t finished I gave them a bit longer to finish my order. Checked again still wasn’t done. 1 hour & 15 minutes later my order was done. And I was furious. A few weeks later I had given them another chance thinking maybe if I order online my food will be done faster. When you order online it gives you a time that your food will be done. I arrived on time only to my surprise that my food was not done and I had to wait a whole extra 45 minutes for my food to be done. Not to mention sometimes people are queuing up waiting for their order to be taken some workers will be doing nothing and just stare and look away. Very bad customer service. I have witnessed other customers having to wait a very long time for their orders too & whom are also very angry. I am very disappointed.

   Wouldn't recommend. Ordered a pizza it was uncooked. The base was completely raw. So much grease at the top. This is a health and safety risk. I've attached photos, bad customer service as well. Save your money and go somewhere else local atleast they won't feed you raw food.

   Excited to try Greek Style Chicken with Minted Sauce, but they forgot the sauce topping (see pic). Italian Lovers Pizza, they also forgot to add garlic sprinkles. Still edible but when a pizza has all the toppings that its supposed to, its tastier. Nice crispy tenders though.
