Inside the entry area was confusing, there is a counter on the left & right. I wasn't sure which one was the pick up. The service was great. So were the pizzas.
I ordered excatly 3 minutes after they open, i buy the priority delivery and it was esti 10:21-10:31 the time comes and im waitibg with my money its about 10 minutes now. 10:40 i call the shop and ask if u can cancel the order and then he says the delivery is on the way and hangs up and says the delivery driver was on the way then.And i live a 5 minute drive from the shop. Ontop of it all the food was yuck, burnt soggy everything above.
Cheesy Garlic: tonights dinner - Extremely annoyed with a value house favorite just basically made with NO CARE. There's literally NO creme at the base. It's dry and it seems it's been left in the oven too long - crusty cheese. So disappointed
Our son picked up our pizza, I thought it was missing something it looked bare. It looked like just prawns and cheese no creme crache and oregano. So we looked and compared photos and information on what is on the pizza
Our family are regulars at this branch and the team are all really lovely and helpful, and the pizzas are all consistently delicious. Thanks, Domino's Mangere East!
I think staff put half bottle of sauce on my pizza , during ordering pizza I didn’t told them to put extra sauce . I can’t even taste the other flavours of pizza . Staff need to trained how much sauce they need to put on pizzas.
Online order not delivered, went to the shop get the refund, manager has turned up with order and extras plus an apology. Young lady in the shop has great customer service skills.
The staff is really friendly. The store is really well managed and especially the girl with star on her cap, shes really kind and poliet with everyone. Morover the crust of the pizza are really good not flat like other dominos and the toppings are really good and generous. Keep it up whole dominos team
