went to Subway Titirangi today and had a great experience. The store was very clean, the service was fast, and the staff were super friendly. A special mention to Manmeet , he was very nice, welcoming, and polite. He made the experience enjoyable and really showed great customer service. Thank you, Manmeet, and the team for the excellent service!
I just wanted to give a big shoutout to MEET who works at Subway Titirangi. He’s honestly one of the best staff members I’ve ever come across. He’s incredibly good at everything from making the perfect sub to ensuring top-notch food quality every time. Not only is the food he prepares consistently delicious, but he’s also super fast and efficient, even during busy hours. On top of that, he’s extremely friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. If you're heading to Subway Titirangi and MEET is there, you're in for excellent service and amazing food. Keep up the great work, Meet. You’re a real asset to the team!
I had a great experience at Subway thanks to MEET, the staff member who served me. He was incredibly friendly and treated me with kindness throughout my visit. I asked for extra sauce, and he happily accommodated my request without any hesitation. His warm and helpful nature made me feel very welcome, and I’m definitely keen to come back again. Highly recommend!
I've been there heaps. I used to go to this Subway regularly last year, as it’s on my way home from the office. There was one chubby guy (sorry for describing him that way. I forgot his name) who was amazing. Great service, made the subs really well, and added a good amount of salad too. Over the past few months, I’ve tried going there several times. I really tried! But the service is now the worst I've ever experienced. In the evenings, there's a young guy in a turban (again, not trying to name call. I just don't know his name). He gives the worst service. It's obvious he doesn’t want to be there. He adds salad like he's doing me a favour such tiny portions. I asked for spinach and he literally gave me four baby leaves. I even tried going earlier so he wouldn't be the one making my sub. There was a girl instead still small portions, but at least she was friendly. I’ve finally stopped going there. I’ve consistently received poor service. What happened to the subs we used to get before? They used to be so full that the staff needed a small knife to help close them properly. It’s gone massively downhill.
The young lady whom made my lunch did an amazing job! Great customer service and skill set she has! Unfortunately the "boss" guy killed the atmosphere with his micro managing of her and his lack in customer experience. He couldn't even glance up And smile while he rushed around slamming the seats back in the seating area. To the young lady... Your time management and focus will take you a long way, don't let Mr negative hold you back!!
Have been to many subways for years, this subway couldn't provide my first choice turkey or second choice roast beef. The subway server then seemed mad at me, because I then had to decide what i wanted, because they didn't have what was on there menu board. The veg filling looked like they had been in that tray all day, limp, and wilted, If your a subway live up to your brand and be prepared to have the stock to give what you advertise on your menu board. Have now got home to eat my order, worst subway I have ever eaten from this franchise. Won't go back, your giving subway a bad name!!
Poor service. Need training. 14/07/2021 - Lady staff is so stingy to fill-in veges for my foot long bread. First time have experienced having a footlong from subway that has a little veges on each kind. My bread is always filled with veges from other branch but not this one. NOT RECOMMENDED
This titirangi subway is supposed to close by 9.30 except Thursday and Friday. However, they close before 9 everyday. I have experienced a really poor customer service from this subway. I'm really unhappy about their service. It's mentioned that they close 9.30 everyday and Thursday and Friday 10.30. I don't know why they are putting customers in trouble. Really disappointed.
