--- I visited this burger place recently, and while the food was okay, I noticed that one of the staff members was handling food without wearing gloves. It didn’t look very hygienic and made me a bit uncomfortable. I hope the management can pay more attention to proper hygiene practices, as it makes a big difference for customers. ---
Came for dinner, wicked customer service!! Super helpful and accommodating. The young team here gave top notch service, even opening our bottles on our drinks before bringing to table. Food, unbelievably fresh and tasty. Thanks new Lynn, see you soon
Delicious burgers and great service! Just had a meal at BurgerFuel New Lynn and it really hit the spot. The burgers were fresh, packed with flavour, and cooked perfectly—especially loved the juicy patty and their signature aioli (seriously addictive). The staff were super friendly and helpful, and service was quick even though it was fairly busy. The whole place was clean and had a good vibe. Also appreciated that they use natural ingredients—you can really taste the quality. Bit on the pricier side compared to fast food, but totally worth it for the quality you get. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and craving a proper gourmet burger. Will definitely be back!
Staff members are friendly, attentive, and courteous. The burgers are generous in size, well cooked and well made. The burger also made fast but without compromising its quality and flavour, and keep brought back memories of why I love Burger Fuel. The sides and aiolo are still as good as they used to be.
Don't get me wrong, we love our quality burger fuel but ,hot and fresh chips, cold burger , the other day the burger was hot and fresh but the chips was cold? I think they get the timing wrong! we are ordering in the store and eat it straight away on the way home.
The burger was DELICIOUS - definitely up to the usual Burgerfuel high standard. My order was unfortunately incomplete, but thankfully I checked at my car before traveling home, so could easily return to collect the missing item. They were very apologetic. Perhaps next time I will check prior to leaving the store!
Just bought two C N Cheese burgers, one gluten free and one normal. Burgers lacked flavor and both the bread buns tasted stale and were not cooked at all. Don't usually complain but it was really bad and we couldn't even eat the burgers. I have eaten burger fuel and the same burger for years so I know how it should taste. Do not recommend this location. Will not return.
The burger was missing half of the ingredients. It was just meat and cheese in a bun. No tomato or onion or lettuce. It looks very sad and isn't what was ordered. It was a custom burger but still should have had the ingredients that were missing. It's been a few weeks and we are missing some of our sides for our order. A few more months later and our orders are still usually wrong. But they usually do a refund in 10 days. Such a poorly run store. Roster burgers has moved in nearby so I highly recommend them
