   Very disappointing experience. Staff at the drive-thru didn’t know what McDip is, which is pretty basic for McDonald’s. Had to explain it multiple times, yet the service was still slow and unprofessional. In the end, the order couldn’t even be completed — honestly quite ridiculous. Not what you’d expect from a McDonald’s drive-thru.

   The premises are always immaculate and well-maintained. Exceptional and proactive service bybthe staff. Play Area for the kids is a cherry on a cake as kids always love it and spend some time there. He play area feels safe and cleanliness is very well maintained.

   I have had a very bad service from the staff name Oskar.. his customer service so poor and feel like he is not in a mood to work. I feel really disappointed about my waiting time to get someone to attend it to the counter and even he attended and he got someone else instead of me from the line.

   Have been here often and been ignored at the counter while trying to get service, today went in and got a meal with a drink and realized I couldn't put the straw in due to the lid. When I went to the counter the manager was the person who came up, after I explained why I had come up he just pushed the hole into the cup without saying anything and then walked away shaking his head as if I were stupid for even coming up and asking.

   I had the pleasure of being served by Amy.P today and she was incredible! Her customer service skills were outstanding — friendly, attentive, and genuinely sweet. It’s rare to come across someone who makes you feel so welcomed. 10/10, thank you Amy!

   This McDonald’s has gone seriously downhill in recent years. They seem incapable of actually getting an order correct, with items consistently missing. Also very long waits at busy times. Seem understaffed with capable people.

   Bought a McSpicy chicken burger yesterday and what a dreadful experience it was. The chicken was totally dried out, overcooked, barely warm and thick with oil. The burger had only a part leaf of lettuce that barely covered the base. I have learnt my lesson and will not be going back there again. After second try at biting through it, it went in the bin. Complete waste of money.

   The food was amazing and my first few orders were quite fast where as when I brought a Ice tea It took them 25 minutes to finish it. I understand they were busy, but when I asked when it will be done the lady said ‘you’ll be waiting’ what a coincidence the second I complained to another worker they immediately got me my drink it is very disappointing that you have to complain to get your food within a reasonable time frame.

   After ordering through the self service machine and having to pay cash at the counter after waiting for 20 minutes for someone to take my cash for my order they asked what my order was but wouldn't let me finish saying my order kept telling me the person in front of me had taken my order (who was my mother and a totally different order) they said they couldn't find it. So remade my order which again was my mother's order so after 35 minutes of waiting finally got my order. If I didn't have 2 children with me I would have walked out after having to wait the first 5 minutes of waiting service was terrible but the food was piping hot and delicious

   Ordered Caramilk McFlurry for takeaway, received a Caramel one, while receipt stated Caramilk. The quantity for the McFlurry and Frozen Coke were literally halved. Ordered a large, but only came around half filled.
