Incredible service! I went in as I thought my car was having problems, but it turned out that nothing was wrong. Not only did they NOT want payment, but they were incredibly generous with their time and very quick service. Very much appreciated as being a female who knows nothing about cars I could have easily got ripped off!! Thank you so much again!!
Excellent Service, Paul has done a few wheel alignments for me recently and in the past. He has a wealth of experience and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is 100%. Highly recommend!

I had an appointment for a tyre change at 9 AM, fully paid in advance, and dropped my car off at 8:45 AM. They mentioned they would text me once the work was finished, but I received no communication from them throughout the day. When I returned to the shop at 3 PM to check on my car, I was made to wait for 45 minutes just to receive my key and receipt. The staff showed no regard for the fact that I was waiting, and the lack of communication was frustrating. Overall, the customer service was horrible. I would not recommend this shop to anyone expecting a timely and respectful service.
Have used their services a few times and all I can say is great service and customer service with great advice. Massive Thanks to Paul and his Team. Will continue to take mine and my families vehicles there.
Paul and the guys here are awesome! I found the nuts where stuck on my wheels, and partially stripped one taking it off. I limped my car down to them first thing in the morning and they worked me in. They got the nuts off, were able to save the bolts, and swapped my wheels around for me. I could not be more thankful was back the road in an hour. Oh they figured out the nuts that had been supplied were wrong thread and that is what caused them stick so bad. (The wrong nuts were supplied and put on from a different well known tyre chain store in Petone. Their reviews this last year say it all )
Incredible service and value. The team really go out of their way to help look after your car. Really reassuring to people like me who aren’t car experts.
The team are always super friendly and helpful! Service is quick and done to a really superior quality and if super affordable too!
