   This place is not a place for a kids menu. The chicken nuggets is just a whole plate of 13 nuggets and sauce for $11. It would make sense for it to be half the nuggets and serve with fries and sauce. Only other kid menu item was scrambled eggs on toast. We asked the waiter several questions which he didn't know the answer to. Adults scrambled egg was too much bread to ratio of eggs with 1 pack of butter for two huge pieces of brioche. See photo for this. Would have been nice to be served with a relish to help with the dry bread. Not impressed and would not return.

   I’ve had lunch a few times here recently (my apartment is a few hundred metres away). Both times the food has been good quality cafe-style fare, and prices are reasonable for the post-COVID environment. I like the place and food and expect to eat here two to three times a fortnight. Happy to recommend to locals, people visiting Central Park for business, and anyone else who doesn’t have small noisy offspring.

   On a recent business trip to Auckland I stayed in Ellerslie where I found central + kitchen in the business park. I enjoyed my breakfast enough for a second visit soon after. On the first occasion I opted for the Smashed Avocado and on my second visit I chose the Creamy mushrooms on Sourdough with a poached egg. The food was tasty, fresh and well presented. The service at the counter was quick and helpful even though they were busy on both mornings. If you are near the Ellerslie business park at Great South Road then a stop at central+ kitchen is a great option for breakfast or lunch

   I only ordered cabinet food but everything was delicious. There was a good variety of choices and would love to return to try some more. Would’ve preferred if the prices were displayed. Edit: This place used to be one of my favourite cafes so I gave it a five star review but I think management has changed so quality and standards of food, service and everything have dropped. Tables used to always be full but now it’s not busy at all. Food was boring so I didn’t even bother taking photos. So the uploaded pictures are from 2 years ago.

   The place is fairly large but it was quite busy and full. I came by as part of a course for lunch. They did have an interesting menu but I just ended up getting something from the cabinet and there was a fair selection. I was able to try the Thai pork with noodles and the keto with a side of Ceasar salad and they were both quite nice. The hot chocolate here was also quite nice.

   Lovely cheese scone and coffee and very friendly staff. I also loved all the beautiful plants and decor and atmosphere of the cafe. Would love to come again to try out the menu food.

   We only came here for coffees but I was impressed by their huge variety of cabinet food and that appear fresh and very tempting. The savoury selection will fill up as it gets closer to ~10am. There were no price signs for each cabinet item unfortunately so you will need to enquire. The girl who served us did not appear particularly friendly and also got our milk order wrong - but look, it was quite early in the morning so she probably needed a coffee herself! I do look forward to trying out some of their menu items and will update this review accordingly :)

   Excellent food here all week round. Selection of cabinet and menu food is very wide to cater to any taste. I got the Dutch cocoa hot cakes and egg Benedict, and both dishes were deliciously creative and impressed me. Good coffee too. Only downside is that it is hard to find parking so we had to park on the street, but is better if you work nearby and can walk where

   Loved everything about this spot. Tucked away and has nice outdoor spaces for little ones to run around nearby. Asian fusion breakfast was a nice change from your usual eggs Benedict which is pleasant to see. Iced coffee was well made and arrived quickly. Opted for a mousse cake from the cabinet as well which was delicious as well!
