I ask for 2 fish but they give me 3 for lower price !!! i always return cos they exception value and fish n chips taste yumilicious esp with lemon for fish
A local Wainui institution. Bites has the best burgers and great fish and chips. Owners are super friendly and portions are generous to say the least. Wait time usually at least 20 mins so we always phone order and it's there waiting for us when we arrive. Thanks Bites!
Who cares about atmosphere, I much prefer to go into a shop with a 30 year decor and get yummy food than the opposite. And these guys produced the yummy f&c and Chinese meals. Seriously amazing! Super happy.

Great service and good fish and chips the scoops are amazing
Fish and chips were really good however I couldn't eat the beef burger, paddies were really gluggy (floury). Happy with the fish and chips though
Just moved to the area so still checking out places to eat. Cheap, decent enough service but took 30min to get an omelette and beef, ginger, spring onion and food edible but very average. To be honest beef dish was mostly broccoli and cauliflower in sauce -maybe a symptom of inflation? Also surprised there was no rice.
Excellent customer service, always friendly. Food cooked perfectly, chow mein, fried noodles & rice dishes always have plenty of meat and vegetables. Burgers always perfect. This is our weekly go to takeaway meal. Totally recommend bites and we love to support local :)
