   These guys are so helpful, so knowledgeable and have the most amazing little store. As overwhelmed first time parents unsure of where to begin and what we needed, they helped us with all kinds of options and I'm so grateful. They even installed the car seat for us which is so good, really impressed by the excellent service and feel much more prepared to welcome our son into the world.

   Had a great deal with the Edwards&Co pram so thought I would jump on that which I am pleased about but would have to give a 3 star rating due to the fact that their communication was near on non existent, I will add that they acknowledged that! but then proceeded to not reply back to my email.. so that was a shame. May be nice to add a little something on the website stating whether products are in stock or even just a general email stating shipping may take some time due to stock shortages. They did give me the option to swap the pram originally chosen in which I denied and was more then happy to wait but overall communication wasn’t very good.

   I had a mattress custom made and it didnt fit! I took it in to show them and they took photos to send to the company that made it and said they would let me know.......heard nothing. Then had to ring again and they asked for me to send more photos for them to forward to company to see what they would do......heard nothing. After months of waiting, taking photos, ringing them and emailing I am still left with a very unsafe bassinet mattress, no resolution and a baby arriving in 3 weeks. I paid $130 for the mattress I would have hoped for a much better product and much better customer service! Very disappointing!
