We always buy a scoop of chips here - they are always a lovely mix of crispy and soft, generous sizing too compared to most other fish and chip shops. $5 is also cheaper than most places too. Big fan keep it up:)
Chicken Fried Rice. Tasteless and bland. Gross. Mostly stale rice and mixed veges from the packet. 2nd photo attached: Refried fried rice with oil and sauces. Slight improvement. I purchased 2 chicken fried rice and combination fried rice. They were all tasteless and bland.
Extremely disappointed, wonton soup was bland and tasteless, worst I've had, I'm shocked, the fried rice had hardly no flavour, the fried dim sims were the best and the fish was great, but definitely upset I wasted money on those meals! I am always travelling far just to go to these meals, not sure if I'll go back!
Always come to this place for Chinese. They give big portions for trays but the egg foo young can be better it’s like they add liquid and it’s soggy. The sweet and sour pork has dried pork in it. The fried rice can be better it goes off fast if you leave it out. The pork chow mein is delicious I always get it with thin noodles. The fish and chips is good. Hotdogs are yummy. This place is to go to. Don’t go to foodie haven next door I heard their food is old from my family
Chicken wings were the bomb. Fried rice could have been better but the wings will keep you coming back for more.
Customer service is superb over the phone and face 2 face and their timing of cooking is spot on! The chicken nibbles are perfecto highly recommend for price taste quantity!
Excellent fish and chips!! Generous portions of chips for low cost. Their battered fish are the best/freshiest I have had in ages. They aksi have a very wide variety of other food available. This is definitely my "go to" takeaway for Naenae. Highly recommend!!
My first time buying fish n chips from here and their fish bites are bloody AWESOME! it was fresh and crumbly and only at $1. The size if it was not that far off from the normal battered fish which was $3. Would definitely go back again if we visited the area again.
