   Lovely cafe to have some coffee at, however for my breakfast, my poached eggs were hard and rubbery, as were my whole family’s,(keep in mind we were four people and all had poached eggs ordered).

   Lovely design of the cafe and it is inviting surrounded by the mitre10 garden. However the service was just unbothered. When going to a cafe the baristas and customer services is always top notch! But here was not pleasant and cabinet food is way too dry. Coffee is bitter, asked for sugar and was told there’s sugar on the table.

   I have been to this place three or four times now to give it a chance to redeem itself. It honestly sucks so bad. They have gotten my order wrong or just not given me cabinet food items every single time. Some of the staff are lovely but the younger ones seem quite rude and are clearly not bothered about service. Have gotten sandwiches with different meats without telling me, forgotten drinks, wrong drinks, all while tables for 50% full or less. Last time (pictured) I had to remind them twice for a scone that I eventually got 45 minutes later, looked like this without me touching it.

   Coffeee so weak it was tasteless. Bought 2 cappuccinos & f I closed my eyes I wouldn't know it was coffee. Worst coffee ever!

   Opening day for the new Columbus and they rocked it. Great food, terrific service and the atmosphere was busy and happy, just super all round. Will definitely be back.
