   I was here on business for 5 nights and overall it was okay. The good: Clean room Room serviced daily Quiet location Friendly service The not so good: Chain lock broken (break in?) Back door was open with only one small sliding bolt at the top - As a woman on my own, I didn't feel safe here. No freezer - couldn't refreeze my icepacks Only net curtains on kitchen window No door on the bedroom - has been taken off - this meant that traffic lights shined directly from the kitchen window into the bedroom and onto my face - I fixed this by hanging towels in front of the kitchen window each night Reception only open for 3 hours per day, I never met the manager and had issues contacting them for the first 3 days. Finally sorted payment but found this a bit stressful Building site right outside my door, this was not communicated beforehand - it was loud though didn't overly effect me as I was out most of the day I'd stay here again if I needed somewhere with my dog and there was nowhere else, otherwise, you can get much nicer rooms for similar price elsewhere.

   Our stay has been incredible, a very beautiful and peaceful place. Very close to the beach and several supermarkets. Quality reception, very attentive and welcoming hosts. 4-room apartment, small but very well organized, clean and very comfortable beds, bed linen and towels are also all clean. I recommend it to anyone who can have this opportunity, you will not regret it.

   Staff are all very kind and understanding, they always do anything they can to help and provide daily services of clean towels linen, Tea towls ect..take rubbish. Very polite and kind people here . Good size rooms, quiet area, pets welcome here too!

   An amazing stay. The Manager Kuni not only was courteous but truly appreciated his professionalism and respect he has shown while on our stay. Thank you so much for your assistance and attention. Also Thank you to another staff member Yukiko who always had a beautiful smile while collecting and changing linen. The staff are to be commended on treating us like royalty. I will miss them and will definitely recommend this wonderful place to everyone so you may experience the same treatment. Thank you

   Amazing hospitality from staff And Management.. Rooms are decent enough and any problems have been addressed promptly with Great communication and also left with the sense that the staff an management actually care and are really nice people also with a beautiful 2 minute walking distance from the tennis courts and ell reserve full of hungry ells then only a 5 minute walk away From Amazing Browns Bay you couldn't get or find a better Resort in the area !!!

   We were based there for 3 nights we had had good response from management. However just lije to add the apartments need good cleaning esiecislky the kitchen and also needs to Be replaced with new utensils pots etc the outside needs attention as well

   I have just now learned that what I posted previously is not true! I did not get bed bugs at the hotel. So, in general the hotel was quite adequate. I have no complaints. Please pardon me for my previous post.

   Seems like new management, we got good service, nice rooms, comfortable bed- no issues- it was busy but they accommodated us without delay. (Some extra's like hot chocolate, really nice towels & bedding really clean, free wi-if) all the amenities of home, in fact we're going to stay there again- recommended.
