Best Burger around! Food is always very tasty and quick. The BK ap is great, really good deals and promos and crowns build up quickly. One of my favourite fast food restaurants in the area. Staff always very friendly and food ready on time. I don't think you can find a better burger king
The customer service is lacking. I came inside to order and had to yell out hello about ten times before someone even acknowledged me. Foods usually fine but it puts you off spending your hard earned money and when the service ain't great.
I am very disappointed that they forget put BBQ Sauce 2 × $0.70 and another I found dirty with white paper into Onions. And Burger not taste beef. Overcook become burn beef.
Long wait. Wrong order, drove back and still got the order wrong the second time. Went back a showed them what we received as "large curley fries" which was a small packet, half full. Complained again and they came back with another half full small packet and stated "there's nothing we can do about it". Curley fries where $6.90 for about 10 of them. Terrible.
Had 3 feeds since they opened. Every time has been a good experience and can't beat their coupon deals. The only negative is they don't really have a dine in option. However their drive thru is superb! 10/10 Would recommend.
After a long wait in the queue with only one car in front of me, I got my order. The burger was still warm but the chips were not, so I asked for hot chips. The server looked a bit annoyed at my request but did bring the hot chips. By the time I got home and sat down to eat all of it was cold and I only live about three minutes away. Returned to the store last night and the food and service was a lot better. I guess the last server was having a bad day or these reviews get read and improvements made.
Took ages and there were hardly any customers in the pick or in drive thru and food was cold as soon as they handed it to me as I checked everything was in there and the burgers felt cold and so did the chips. Ordered online, went to petrol station, then the pharmacy, and when I arrived still had to wait 15 mins, so didn't have time to wait another 30mins for fresh food. So annoying. Won't be going again in a hurry.
Update: Tried them tonight. Excellent food and the best part was great and unique friendly customer service. Great turn around and keep it up and will be back. Ordered a steakhouse but got something else. Got the wrong drink. The pattie was not cooked even. The bun was cold too.
Drive-thru ordered a Double Wopper & Shake combo plus a 6pk Onion rings. Went straight home but my burger buns were chill cold. Returned immediately to Burger King but this time I went inside. Showed them and was given a complete fresh order.
