   Even giving one star feels like too much, but I have to leave a rating to write this review. I made a reservation with Seok Kyung-ha for a perm for my child, but upon arrival, she told us that a perm wouldn't suit my child and insisted on just doing a haircut instead. My child already had a perm, and it always looked fine. I told her to just go ahead with it, but she kept saying it looked strange and refused to do it. I explained that my child struggles to manage their hair, so a perm would help. She insisted on cutting first and began the haircut. I asked her to trim just 2–3cm before doing the perm, and she even showed me a photo for reference, which I agreed to. But she ended up cutting the hair completely differently from the photo. My child didn’t look happy, and I asked her again to do the perm, thinking it might help soften the cut, but she just blow-dried the hair and said it didn’t suit them, then wrapped it up without doing the perm. She cut the hair so short that even a perm wasn't possible anymore. My child doesn’t like to part their bangs, but she cut a 6:4 part anyway. When I asked her to trim the bangs slightly to make them fall naturally over the forehead, she stubbornly insisted that they must be swept back, saying bangs shouldn’t be worn down. After I repeatedly asked, she reluctantly trimmed them a bit. Communication was so poor that I ended up just going home. But once home, I realized the haircut had no balance at all—the sides, top, back, and front were all UNEVEN. I felt there was no point in talking further with someone who refused to listen or respect what we asked for. Now my child is left with a ridiculous and unbalanced haircut. When I requested a refund, she claimed that the change in style was just because she trimmed the bangs and insisted that she did everything I asked. She didn’t follow the photo I approved, didn’t do the perm as requested, and still claims she did her job. She stubbornly did what she wanted without any sense of responsibility, and not once did she apologize. In fact, her attitude was as if I was the one at fault. I called, but they didn't answer and haven't replied to my text either. She texted me something like, “If the food wasn’t good, would you not pay for it?” At least if food isn’t good, they can remake or refund it. But when a haircut is messed up—how do you fix that? I regret trusting her, especially because she spoke so confidently. Confidence should come from skill, but she took no responsibility and kept blaming the haircut on trimming the bangs a bit. I strongly advise against going to a stylist who lacks professionalism like this. The $55 was definitely not even worth it for haircut, and not even 50 cents would be justified for this kind of work.

   Took my daughter to get a cut and blow wave, the hairdresser was so quick and lovely appointment was at 11 we were done by 11.30 and her cut was exactly what she wanted curtain bangs and layers on very thick curly long polynesian hair. Lovely atmosphere lovely staff amazing results highly recommend.

   Went to Nader hair for a keratin treatment following the worst hair cut of my life (from a different salon). Naz evened out my fringe and did an awesome job with the keratin. Such a lovely couple, reasonable prices and excellent service. Thank you so much!

   Wow was just reading some reviews on here . There is always gonna be someone who loves to criticise no matter how perfect a hair dresser you are. People just have nothing better to do. I’ve been twice now to Nader I loved my hair cut and eye brow tint. She knows the perfect colour for my skin tone. The coffee was delicious. Very professional and warm atmosphere very welcoming hair dressers. I enjoy my time there and walk out very happy with my hair.

   Worst ever hair cut. It supposed to be Long Bob. Just edited my review as I have replied impolitely by the business owner. Actually when I called first time to book my appointment, the hair dresser offered me not to buy the discount ticket from GrabOne as they need to pay 30% of the price to GrabOne , so she encouraged me to pay them directly! When you finished the job and I saw the result and complined, you told it seems bad because of Keratin treatment(!!!) and it will be better after washing. So I did not wash my hair for 3 daysvas you suggested, and the attached photo is taken just after first wash. Who does believe that some one spend time and money and all her beautiful hair to just get the money back?! It was more polite if you just say SORRY than being rude and lier.
