   Have taken my car here for a few years now, mainly for WOFs, recently needed a Crankshaft position sensor replaced. Awesome communication and friendly staff. Sorted my car out no probs. Highly recommend.

   I took my ute in for a service and they forgot to put my oil cap on. I drove from Wainuiomata to Waikanae for work the next morning, not realising that 7 or so letres leaked out all over the engine bay and front and side's of my ute. Thankfully I noticed the oil on the front at 10am when I came out for smoko, otherwise I would've driven home with no oil. I had to borrow a co-workers car to go get some more oil, which they reimbursed me for. That afternoon I took it back, they cleaned it and Dave said that he had done a good service. Would definitely not recommend these guys to anyone. If they can forget to put on an oil cap on and cost a sole trader half a days work, then imagine what else they could forget. Super disappointed they didn't offer to refund part of their "service" fee.

   I used to go to JB Motors across the road until they closed up shop and didn't bother letting their loyal customers know. I had been waiting for my WOF reminder email from them but it never came, so I went to investigate and that was when I found out they had gone. So I wandered across the road to Dave's, who have inherited a lot of JB's customers, so were booked solid until after Easter. But, being empathetic to my dilemma, squeezed me in. I was so impressed that they went out of their way to get me the best deal new tyres and fitted them same day. I am now their new loyal customer and won't be going anywhere else.
