We went with friends and all enjoyed our meals. The sesame tuna and pickles was delicious and my husband really enjoyed the red curry prawns. We'll be back! Nice to have the Friday night gin special.
We went to this restaurant for dine-in on Thursday night. Honestly, the food wasn’t great, but I still gave them 5 stars because their cocktails were amazing! We ordered the Margarita, Sakura Sour, and Tokyo Sunrise, and they were all so good and yummy. All credit goes to the bartender for making such great drinks. The service was also good. They even brought out a cake for us and played “Happy Birthday” in the restaurant, which made it special.
Great food and setting. Food tasty, sauce on Korean chicken bao too spicy hot for me & needs to be indicated. The dumplings were delicious.
The food was absolutely delicious! Massive portions too so absolutely worth the price! Next time we won’t get as much food and will just share as you get lots for your money. Super happy with the result and both myself and partner came out super happy and full. Staff were fantastic, they didn’t pester us, allowed us our space and only came over when needed. Will happily go back
Spare ribs great. Chicken poppers great. We would go back just for those. I think the Pho was good if you like Pho. I realize it's not for me. Flavorful I just don't like the flavor. We will be back.
Overall a tasty meal. We were seated out the back, and felt a little forgotten once the food was served. The massamam lamb shank curry does not come with a lamb shank, it is only a few pieces of lamb shank and the curry is quite soupy and a bit sweeter than I prefer. The beef pho broth was tasty. Meal was a little on the expensive side.
We've returned to The Lucky Cat a number of times and have never been disappointed. The food and service are top-notch, with a standout being the Vampire Chicken Wings. On our latest visit I opted for the pho and bravely (or perhaps unwisely) added all of the chillies provided - it was a scorcher but still delicious. Highly recommended!
