Very rude owner and makes unessasary comments when dropping off return parcels for postal services which is not relevant to him No customer service at all and very disgusted with the comments he makes. I would not recommend anyone to go here If u want customer service because he clearly thinks it's funny to make customers feel uncomfortable.
Good selection of diiferent types of sweets. Handy to have a Postal branch so easily accessible. Friendly and helpful staff.
One of the MOST DIFFICULT places to get service. I've been twice to use postal services and both times left disgusted. When I queried my preferences, I was told no. My comment as I left was "you guys are just so difficult"... the older mans response was "yes, thank you, yes you too, thank you, thank you". No customer service skills whatsoever, the younger man was friendly enough but the older man, rude. Unhelpful. He needs to take a class or lift his game.
The staff need to do their job and not comment on their customers appearance. It's inappropriate and none of their business.
Sweet tooth this is the place to come. This immaculate shop, Place to Post Mail buy Stamps, lotto , Dairy, Friendly and Helpful . Trustworthy.
Very busy and popular place. And it offers so many services. From lottery. Postal services & courier. Dry cleaning and always well stocked.
Customer service is lacking - always on their phone. Told me my parcel was not with them even though I could clearly see it with my name on it. Prefer to go further for better service.
Had a problem with NZ post so had to pick up my parcel from Carnation Superette despite having paid for redelivery, and was so happy with the customer service given!! The man who served me was especially kind, and very helpful, giving me info on how to contact the NZ post :-)
